  1. @Virgil With pick 92 the Pittsburgh Steelers take UCF WR Tre'Quan Smith. Strengths Smith’s long speed immediately stands out. He can separate on downfield routes with ease and is a smooth, fluid mover in space. Able to generate additional yards after the catch with a combination of wiggle and strength. Smith’s best trait might be his ridiculously long arms—34 1/2”—that give him a huge catch radius. He’ll go up and fight for jump balls and can make some spectacular catches downfield and in traffic with his strong hands. Jags are on the clock @wppete
  2. This is why I really hope they are aggressive with a move up or this staff will have this type of baggage to look at. Move for a top 3 QB will have this all forgotten IMO. Right on man, this draft is more of a tell on this staff when it comes around IMO because of the not going for Mahomes/Watson. Grab a top dog this year and last year is pushed aside showing the wanted a 2018 QB over a 2017 IMO.
  3. Sure hope so, I really want change. Remember these new guys stuck with Tyrod year 1 and was happy to do it so IMO I will wait to see how different they really are. Draft can't come soon enough to show me who they really are.
  4. I would like to see them back. IMO the perception around the US is there is nothing but ugly girls in Buffalo(I know this is not true) so of course we do not have cheerleaders. When the TV pans onto them it shows the perception of the girls in Buffalo as much prettier then what people think but sadly we do not have any at all so now not having them plays even more into that perception IMO. I miss them and I for sure want them back. Maybe we can play the Cowboys this year in Dallas so we can see some really pretty ones, man Dallas sure has some pretty girls. Nothing but a sausage fest here in Buffalo with nothing but a boat load of guys.
  5. I wish for a move up to get Darnold,Rosen or Mayfield but sadly its not the Bills way to be so aggressive for a QB so IMO they will stay at 12 and get whomever falls to them or will end up with Rudolph in the teens after a move up from 22 because he is the 6th QB left and they need to make sure they get one of the top 6 from this draft. So IMO the Billsy thing to happen is Rudolph even though I hope things are different and a move up for one of the top 3 is in the cards. If they move up or take at 12 Allen/Jackson I think I will break my remote seeing such a Whaley move of taking one of the two QBs that are pointed as flops in the NFL IMO. Got my fingers trippled crossed for the move up for one of the top 3.
  6. Exactly, IMO if someone asked me and I am the GM I would lie as well. If you end up telling the truth said person taking poll will know who you have on top of your QB wish list, perfect insider imformation. I am sure a few teams would love for Rosen to not be picked as the 1st or 2nd. IMO Darnold Rosen go 1- 2 and the 3rd QB will be Mayfield followed by Allen.
  7. IMO it is more like the Pats want us to draft Jackson to keep us away from the big 3. I can not see them going from a statue QB to a Tyrod clone. This is all smoke and mirrors, if anything I would expect a later round QB taken or maybe even Rudolph but no way do I see Jackson a option for NE to want to take.
  8. From some articles I have read Giants are not sold on Chubb and IMO many feel he is good, just not top 5 good. Haha, right on man Mayfield is on a bunch of teams radar that are willing to move up for.
  9. IMO Cleveland is thinking Barkley won't be there at 4 so might take him first to make sure they get him and a top 3 QB will be available at 4. You really think Chubb, man I just think they will trade out if Barkley is gone and fill in with later round picks. From what I am reading next years draft is when to take top D men and IMO the Giants have needs and will just fill in with more picks from a trade unless a super talent like Barkley is available at 2. IMO Giants are not one to take Chubb with such a high pick. As for Elway I think he will keep trying at QB till he finds one and this draft is one to do it. Keenum is a fill in and If I am not mistaken he only signed a one year deal so either they get stuck with him with zero other options for 2019 or they swing big and have a new top talent QB from this draft to use in 2019. IMO sure the team has needs and Elway needs to win more but IMO if Keenum flops with nobody to take over in 2019 he will be fired as appose to a new start in 2019 with a top talent from this draft. Elway being a HOF QB knows it starts and ends with QB and the 2019 draft class has nothing to offer when it comes to QBs. JMO but man this draft could go in so many ways, I can see what your saying but IMO it will go different then yours and more then likely different then mine.haha.
  10. Yeah whomever the guy they got, lol. Man I hate typing fast and talking to too many at once. Sorry oops again
  11. I also do not see Giants taking a QB, IMO they want Barkley or will trade out and is why I think Cleveland will take Barkley and then take QB at 4. I do see Denver taking a QB with Cousins as a place holder.
  12. Yeah it had nothing to do with Wentz starting the season off hot.(sarcasm) Always nice when a QB that has proven to be ok ends up with his best ever season. Are you old enough to remember Frank Reich. He was the Bills QB that led the greatest comeback game ever and then went on to be a starter of a different team but sadly flopped bad. You ever here of Matt Cassel, man he had a great year when Brady was down. What about that guy in Denver that got that big contract after the one hit wonder or how about Tebow. Many QBs not good enough get that one hot season sadly after that it's a big flop. Haha oops, I added a trade I guess, my bad. I expect Chubb in that top 5 actually or some trades. Ok Clev, QB Giants, RB Jets,QB Clev, Chubb or trade Denver, QB Or Clev, RB Giants trade, Buffalo QB Jets, QB Clev, QB Denver, QB
  13. IMO when your up to bat you either swing or wait to get walked. I want the home run so I want to swing sadly some would rather take the safer way and wait for the walk worried about striking out. Either your a go getter or you not IMO. IMO the draft will go if no trades top 5 QB RB QB QB QB
  14. So IMO you liked the way Whaley ran things. Backup QBs and always filling in the players that left for bigger contracts every draft. Never ending cycle because your team is never good enough. Sure you have a top D and a solid Oline but your offense can not score because your QB is only good at holding a towel on his head. JMO What makes you think other positions can not flop. We have had RBs,WRs,DBs, linemen all get Injured or flop or leave as soon as the first contract is up. A QB makes a team and makes other players want to stay or come here and have said QB take them to the promised land. Without a top QB the never ending cycle of not good enough just continues the same groundhogs day of not good enough
  15. Man that would be great but very risky IMO. I would rather know for sure and just spend to get the guy
  16. It's a QB driven league so the market is not going to stop being aggessive at spending for a QB IMO. I do not see a mortgage of the future by trading away this year's draft picks. We will have draft picks left this year and will get more next year, we also will have plenty of money to spend next season on FAs. A QB needs some time to learn and grow, a QB also needs to find the guys that work best with him. Sometimes a later round player will play incredible with one QB but horrible with another. Build around a QB first iMO because the QB can pick who he wants as his guys. That friendship will create a bond and will make a better unit IMO if the leader is the one to pick who is here for years to come. IMO a top talented QB picking his unit over a less talented QB will create a scoring machine over a group just looking to make a paycheck and play good enough to stick around over 3 years. Also a top talented QB will have other players from around the league and draft wanting to play with said top QB over players not wanting to come here and play with a Tuel.
  17. It's all about getting a franchise worthy QB and the top 3 in this draft are projected to be franchise worthy. Any position in the draft is a risk and I would rather them for once have a legit shot at a top talent prospect at QB over a later round projected project QB in hopes he can fix footwork, accuracy and everything else that has plagued said QB in college that made him a late round project.
  18. All I want is for this staff to take a swing at getting one of the top 3 QBs in Darnold, Rosen, Mayfield. Everything else can be worried about later. This is the year of the QB, IMO this draft tells me who this staff is. Are they go getters and get one of the top 3 or are they waiters thinking the Whaley way of waiting for one to fall from the sky. I am willing as a fan to wait for this team to be built for the next 2 seasons as long as they start with getting a top talent at QB this year first to build around, the wait for the sky Whaley way works once in a lifetime, to bad for him it ended early. IMO they are go getters if not this draft is a fail and so will this staff come 2020. All about who the QB is that is drafted to lead this next era.
  19. By far one of the best memories ever with a close second the greatest comeback ever. 3 more to go, 2 more to go. Man I miss those years, funny looking back remembering all the fans that wanted to get back in after they left at halftime.
  20. I agree, also like to add. His lower half really gets me, makes me wonder if he ever worked his lower half of his body. Big NFL players landing on him will break him in half IMO. Sadly it would be so Billsy to take him and screw up such a good QB class to pick from. The others do well in the NFL and the one we get is on IR most of his career if he even finishes his first contract. Run Jackson Run, I can imagine everyone cringing everytime he runs in hope he doesn't get snapped in half with those toothpick legs.
  21. Set the target and go get the fans of Buffalo a real franchise worthy QB one they have not had since Jim Kelly. Fans have waited long enough, go get us Darnold,Rosen or Mayfield and worry about everything else later. Do this and this staff will be loved like no other staff since Marv and Bill gave us the glory years. Build around a really talented QB first. Even if he sits year one it will have the fans very excited for 2019 the year Buffalo gets back in the SB playoff race talk. Time to start a new glory years era let's go Buffalo. Get er done, start the real rebuild with a QB worthy of that SB run in a few years in this QB driven league. .
  22. With pick # 60 the Pittsburgh Steelers select-Ohio State Jerome Baker. Jags are on the clock, @wppete One of the top inside linebacker prospects in the upcoming NFL draft is Ohio State’s Jerome Baker. The Pittsburgh Steelers are squarely in the market for a fast, athletic playmaker to line up inside and Baker could fit the bill. Baker is a very viable target for the Steelers. He’s got a skillset very similar to Shazier and has a ton of experience. The Steelers love to draft Buckeye defenders because they are able to integrate into the NFL game so quickly.
  23. Darnold, Rosen Mayfield--- very good prospects that are sure fire pros IMO. Jackson, has little girl legs will never play a full season. Allen, bust, Cutler2.0 at best. Rudolph, has potential after sitting a year or two. All others drafted later in the draft. backups with a small chance to be starters, if Tyrod/Fitz can be a starter after years of sitting anyone can be.
  24. Not sure he knows how to text, did you see his WLscore? Might be waiting forever for that text, lol.. Darnold,Rosen, Mayfield is what I covet for my Bills. Move up and get it done.
