Is the 2018 QB class highly overrated?
xRUSHx replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Many QBs do not work with the original OC when drafted that is when a new OC comes in. Draft a big talent at QB and then decide if the present OC works, it is easier to find a new OC when you have a big talent for the new OC to work with already not the other way around. Hey man why so mad? You a closet cheaters fan? Just a blow about the cheaters and there cheating ways I couldn't help myself. BTW it is a great place to see what many fans are saying. Funny thing is this is exactly what a Billacheat would say to try and cover it up. haha Add in extra picks this year and it all points to taking a shot for once. -

He is not my first choice but I also like Rudolph as well but if the Bills hope for one to fall they will lose out because there is always a team willing to jump in front when it comes to QB picks. Move up and have a choice and avoid teams jumping ahead to steal the pick. Can not say you got your guy if all you did was wait around in hopes other teams avoid your QB choice. -

To keep waiting around you end up stuck drafting a QB in a bad EJ class. Right on man, Every year we hear the same thing about how we should wait, we need too many other positions, this class is not as good as the next. Makes me wonder if NEs Billacheat comes on the Bills boards to prop up our below average QB that we have as a starter and then downgrade the next QB class with smack talk of how it is no good. It would be genius of him to keep the Bills in a forever hole of not good enough thats for sure IMO. I wonder if that is why we get NE sports writers. -

Right on man. If I am not mistaken they moved back before drafting EJ because that class was not a good QB class but Bills were so desperate to draft one while also getting a bargan to get a extra pick. This class is not a EJ class IMO. We have the picks, move up to get the guy they want to build around not move back in hopes one falls. Getting stuck with what is left is so Billsy. Win something for once and go get one of the top dogs. -

This is the class we need to swing big on at QB. They always wait or try to build first and wait on drafting one or with EJ move back and then grab one. Problem is it lessens the chance of hitting on one. If there is any QB class to swing on it's this one. Fans have been waiting too long, if they do not swing this time this team is never going to get out of the longest playoffless hole in all of sports and fans are just going to end up jumping over the falls wondering why this team never buys a lottery QB ticket. If you never buy a ticket you will never win. Sadly for Tyrod it is why the bridge idea is dead with most fans, IMO we are all ready to jump. Just do it, if you strike gold the dynasty starts if not you buy another ticket. If they keep avoiding going for one another decade will past of the exact same groundhogs day of new staffs and other teams backup QBs trying to get that one miracle season. Just do it we have been waiting long enough. -
Week 14: Colts' Game Preparation - Inactives Announced

I could care less who starts, another game to get stinking drunk at. I doubt either will get the win so it should help next year's draft position eitherway. I would like to see Peterman get the start so he gets the reps so he is more ready next season. I would also enjoy seeing him play at home in hopes to crush out that Chargers garbage some keep pounding on of his first start ever in a away game against the Bills last coach that knows this team up and down. Tyrod hopefully will be gone next season so why bother starting him unless they are secretly going to keep him or trying to prop up his trade status, good luck with that, every game hurts him more and more. As if 54 yards is great trading talk in a QB driven league. If Tyrod has another stinker this time against the dolts he won't be worth a bag of peanuts next season IMO. Starting Tyrod is what I would think a more solid way to get the loss though, the Colts are better against the run so Tyrod will have to throw, that is not something Tyrod can do, add in snow and Tyrod will be even more timid. Add in a bum knee and 1-2-3 kick. Colts 31 Bills 16 with Tyrod starting. Colts 24-Bills 21 with Peterman. -

So you think the loss to the Chargers is the smudge on McD for benching his starting QB that stunk it up most of the season to be benched? SMH McD went bold and sat Tyrod and most but not you agree his benching was warranted. Now you want to point to it if we miss out in one game from the playoffs? So all the other stinkers that Tyrod did doesn't count? IMO it did not matter who was QB in that road game that had our old coach knowing this team inside and out. -

I wonder how the fans will react on our first drive when the starting QB comes trotting on the field. I'd imagine a extra loud cheer for Peterman and crickets for you know who. Watch out for snowballs, should be a fun game. Go Bills -
Who do you want to start this week, Peterman or Taylor?
xRUSHx replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
ABT How is it even worth looking at considering many in that list are not playing due to Injury, played less games or havent even played a full game but yet wow he is 24th. They should add Kelly on that list because for 2017 Tyrod was better then him in 2017, in fact even Peterman is better. smh -
Uncatchable pass %. Dennison's fault too ?
xRUSHx replied to Teddy KGB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good post man, Sad thing is many of his fanboys say he is a game manager that keeps the turnovers to a minimum and it is the running game and D that make Tyrod such a good QB. Tyrod is the reason McCoy is a great RB. SMH. Sounds a lot like what a backup QB is suppose to do when the starter is out, hand off, throw low percentage throws and hope the D and Rb gets the win. A team can win some games with a backup playing but not enough for a full season to the playoffs, and big games? Forget about it. -
Shaq Lawson and Jordan Matthews to IR

Clemson and Buffalo man, I am starting to think we avoid that place at all costs. -
My Dream: Can Taylor be our Slash?
xRUSHx replied to offyourocker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tyrod would work well as a salesmen at Mens Wharehouse but that is the only way he stays in Buffalo IMO. I could see him as a gimmick 3rd string QB though. -
Gronk Suspended for One Game by the NFL - Appeal Denied
xRUSHx replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wouldnt call out it is coming but multiple late hits on Grok is what I would have my team geared to do esspecialy since NE needs Grok for the playoffs and the Bills are looking to next year. One hit high one hit low, I do not advocate game planing to do it but I sure would be looking to do it if the chance opens up to it. Oops sorry looks like iR and no playoffs for the Grok. -
Why don't the bills get more Monday night games?
xRUSHx replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the decline has more to do with the NFL being greedy. Charging to listen to games on radio, charges to watch games that are not on local TV is hurting them. IMO they would have bigger ratings if it was more choices on what games fans get to watch and listen to that are free. IMO many do not pay extra and those are the fans that they are losing in the ratings market. IMO if a later game is on that I do not care about I let the wife talk me into going shopping, boom there goes my rating, not paying for radio broadcasts so I won't even have the headset in to listen while stuck at a store. IMO the greed gives them some money but also hurts them. -

xRUSHx replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I never want to see Tyrod as a Bill again, I do not care if it is Webb all I care about is next drafts QB. I would rather see if Peterman can get better before the end of the season though. -

xRUSHx replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Because nobody wants to watch a backup QB play on Monday night football, Tyrod 54 yard games is not good for ratings. Get a better QB and we will get those monday night games IMO. -
Good post man but sadly I have been sour on Clemson players here, lol had me thinking of my own bias, sorry carry on.

I have been changing my feelings about this class lately, I think Rudolph stock is going to climb and man I do not want Jackson at all on the Bills. Not a fan of Allen either, I like Mayfield but a little worried about him on the Bills. I want the Bills to move up and get the guy they want not hope for a QB to fall to them. I hate when a team says we got our guy when all they did was take what was left. I think I will lose my mind if we get Rosen, I want Rosen bigtime
-
I kind of agree that Cleveland could trade out. They have been bad for so long and have Kiser, I would think they would grab a QB later in the first while adding more picks that could have them stocked up to make one heck of team. This draft has some interesting choices for QBs but I think Cleveland will build around and then take a later QB to fight Kiser in 2019, just MO.
-
Oh sorry man, I though you were saying it was another move up by Chicago for a QB. Oops, my bad I agree Chicago could be a player to move down.
-
Chicago? To draft a QB? Didn't they just draft Trubinsky? I think Chicago will be looking to add to the team around the Trub not add another QB into the mix.IMO no way do they draft a QB in the 1st.
-
They will not need to move up if they target Falk, I would rather the Bills move up and get one of the top dogs in this draft.
-
I agree Rosen is top dog in this draft. As for Darnold he already lost some of his stock for this draft and is now #2 IMO if he stays and flops after another year in school his stock could push him down even more, maybe even out of the 1st round for 2019 draft. I think it would be silly for him to not enter the NFL in this draft. I think Darnold is a good fit for the Giants and Rosen a great fit for the Buffalo Bills .
-
I hope the Browns trade out and Darnold gets taken first and we get Rosen, that's my dream. I would be ok with Darnold though but with not moving up as much I am thinking a big target is on Mason Rudolph, Oklahoma State

Yuk Move on already, start a new era, the Tyrod era should be officially over in Buffalo now but yet here we are with Chan2.0 pushing Fitz on the fans. The Buffalo groundhogs day continues. Impress the fans tell us Tyrod is done in Buffalo and they are moving on to next year's draft while evaluating our OC and Peterman but to trot Tyrod out again is just horrible IMO. If Peterman gets the wins and we hit the playoffs that is great for him but if he fails it is no different then what we expect from Tyrod and his 50 yard games. IMO It is now all about next year's draft or if Peterman and our OC turn to gold in the next few weeks but Tyrod? Come on man it's over for him here.
