  1. ...a "No" is marked on my ballot. Chandler's washed up.
  2. ...always had respect for Brad Johnson. Dunno how much gas he has left in his tank, however.
  3. ..."Sorry Drew, keys please. It's not 'your team' anymore."
  4. ...OK, then. Butthole can call his conference and call every team in the NHL the J(ust), E(nd), T(he), S(eason), (which never happened) DOG-ASS JETS!!!!
  5. ...line up against the nearest wall while I find my slingshot.
  6. Sue, get over it. BDDB's toast. His-tow-ree. Time to turn the page on him and Henry and move on.
  7. ...let me get this straight. If they DO play a portion of a season, it's what, 28 games then a full round of playoffs? Talk about a tainted Cup. The winner should use it as a flower pot.
  8. ...it's heartening to see UB turn its ship forward. Niagara also is in contention in the MAAC as well.
  9. ...boiled Maine lobsters and steamed clams from Delaware. That's the ticket.
  10. ...one of the former 'Ville gridders, Sean Scott, is playing very well for the Philly Soul and I keep tabs every now and then on how he's doing. Had a 5-TD game last week vs. Chicago. Saw a pretty neat play on the highlight reel Sunday. Graziani (Soul QB) threw a ball from his knees 45 yards that a Soul WR caught in stride and scored on. Was a neat throw with plenty of zip on it.
  11. A tough night for G-Mac. He was hobbling after rolling his ankle in the 1st half, and the results were ugly (5-of-22, 3-of-14 from 3). Pace was AWOL. The Orange let Troutman bully them and he was a difference maker with 16 free throws.
  12. He'll get his chance...IF the NHL ever decides it wants to show its face again.
  13. ...well, SU just got broomed by Pitt. 68-64. Was winnable game but Orange let it slip away. Panthers turned up the D in the final 4 minutes and that was the difference. Nice game from McCroskey. But he didn't get a whole lotta help. SU's on the roller coaster right now. Hot one game, cold the next.
  14. Coach B challenged Pace to play better, and he responded Saturday. How he plays down the stretch will be a good indicator how high the tourney seeds (Big East & NCAA) will be be for SU.
  15. They played great against 'Nova Saturday. Can they do it again?
  16. ...let's see if SU can put two solid games together. Should have incentive after Pitt beat the Orange the first time around.
  17. ...saw some of the skills competition last night. That is a nice arena. Could be neck & neck between the Amerks and the Monarchs for home ice throughout the Calder Cup playoffs.
  18. ...now that TD/MM & co. seemingly have turned the page on Bledsoe, I'm just as interested to know what the Bills will do to beef up (i.e. improve) their OL, and what they intend to do re: Losman's backup.
  19. ...you know what I'd like to see more of on TV? College hockey. Those kids play their tails off and the atmosphere at most campus arenas is electric. About all the college hockey I get in my neck of the woods is the NCAA regional finals and Frozen Four.
  20. ...sorry, one overdose of Fwootie Fwakes is enough, thank you very much.
  21. ...Deion Branch. His #s in the last two SBs hold water.
  22. Peanut Brittle Rob Johnson (PBRJ). A waste of human fecal material on a football field.
  23. ...snow freezes in Hades. Dem Bonnies finally won an A-10 game. 70-64 over URI. Now time to lose another 10 in a row. 0-10, then a win, 0-10, then a win...
  24. "Can we get anything from Bledsoe?" A bag of nuts.
  25. ...Thank God the Bonnies are off the radar screen. Are they horrid. 1-27 and a big A-10 donut is certainly within reach. Rock bottom.
