  1. I think we've already determined the answer to this up thread.
  2. Nothing random about it.
  3. It is innovative. All of their receivers. Make the tackle and hold down YAC. Everyone who has said that you have to play up on their receivers are correct too. Those cushions against that team just kills me. As that team is built I would be willing to let them try to win with the long ball.
  4. Happy Birthday Mr. R!!! Hope you had a great day.
  5. Other than ICSWID (who as per normal I have no !@#$ing idea what he's talking about ) all y'all are on the wrong side of the ball. They're going to get theirs, throw in all the wrinkles you want. If you're lucky you hold them to 28. Put your focus on the offense.
  6. OK. He had a good rookie season. It wasn't great and I hope that it wasn't his best.
  7. Are you perhaps visiting Portland?
  8. I'm making the same face as your avatar right now but I guess I get what you're saying. People don't know that edamame is a soy bean so it needs to be declared as containing soy...but I would hope that someone who is allergic to soy would know that.
  9. Success isn't defined in a season, it's defined over many seasons. He played ok in some games, was invisible in others and was very good in the balance. People touted Manuel's early games at one time. I don't see that much any more because a few games does not a career make. Remember Eddie Brown? He was drafted ahead of Jerry Rice and in his rookie year his numbers were 53/942/8.
  10. I thought edamame was a soy bean?
  11. He has been ignored to good to very good. If that's ridiculous to you then so be it. He had an OK rookie season and he is in a horrendous sophomore slump. I don't mind that this is good enough for you, my expectations on & off the field are higher. I think that's exactly what I said.
  12. As long as you game plan for it you play with 4 downs from your own 40 & out. Then you play call based on that thought. Risky? Sure, but, less risky than fake punts.
  13. This looks to be a very interesting discussion, sorry you're missing it.
  14. No, he just couldn't get TRBJ out of his mind.
  15. Does this thread need to continue?
  16. Good comparison I think. Butler was the best I remember on the Bills, but, injuries kept him from reaching his potential. Hope the same isn't true for Sammy. While I disliked his public "just give me the damn ball" statement the ball should be forced his way when he comes back.
  17. You can call it an illusion if you think it strengthens your point, I'd call it a fact. He's been ignored to OK to very good. That isn't what is expected when 2 first round picks are given up for one guy. Questions about the pick(s) are valid, but, it's too soon to draw any conclusions.
  18. Well, he does need to produce, all of them do. Someone who cost two first round picks needs to produce better faster or else the wolves will be nipping at his achilles. The disadvantages for Watkins is that when he is on the field he can't call his own number or throw himself a pass. He's been less than overwhelming, but, he has plenty of company.
  19. I had to be reminded then his character was easily remembered. RIP
  20. No one that I've seen has said he has acted like "a chump" on the field. There have been complaints about his ability to stay on the field, must have missed the post(s) you're referencing.
  21. Would you like an egg with your highball?
  22. great, Whaley assumes the Bills have a top 10 pick in the next draft I keed, I keed Stupid ass. Rough week for him, first the blow up over arm strength and then this capper.
