  1. Nope. His 21 day clock starts. He still has to be activated. All he can do at this point is start practicing. (They could activate him between now and Saturday and he can then play Sunday).
  2. Right down to the wire. glad he is back.
  3. The first of the showcase all star games has been cancelled. I imagine Senior Bowl is watching closely.
  4. I would not be opposed to a PS signing for Apple.
  5. Here he couldn’t practice today because of a lingering Hammy. And then got cut because of it.
  6. I would take him on the PS in a heart Beat to see if he ever gets it. He is talented.
  7. Former Panther on the Street
  8. Dolphins immediately start throwing water on the story.
  9. How about their Beat Writer. That Trustworthy enough? Or Sun Suntinel - confirming offer already exists at this time https://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami-dolphins/fl-sp-dolphins-xavien-howard-trade-20201027-zsjhmgc47bap3i3swrszfpgqyq-story.html
  10. Jets DL traded.......................Not Q
  11. I just tweeted both of them in the same question. Maybe I spark a fight between Buffalo Sports Reporters
  12. One it counting the 7th (first day of practice). Other is Not. So I guess it just depends on if that first day of practice counts or not (I would think it does)
  13. Today is the Deadline for Feliciano. He either has to be activated by 4pm or he reverts back to IR.
  14. If I lived in the area I would. being down here in FL a house like that with that land is Mulitple Millions
  15. On A Side note. I would love to be in an area where a house like that is on the market for less than Multiple Millions.
  16. Only on the buyers Side. Sellers side only can back out if deadlines that are placed in the contract are missed. IE Inspection done within 72 hours or something like that. But unlike buyers, sellers can’t back out and forfeit their earnest deposit money (usually 1-3 percent of the offer price). If you decide to cancel a deal when the home is already under contract, you can be either legally forced to close anyway or sued for financial damages. Of course, the specific consequences depend on the terms of your sales contract for the house.
  17. Dumb Dumbs, Opened yourself up for this. Now comes our Lawsuit and at end of day will sell house originally agreed upon with additional court fees. Not For Sellers. Only way to get out for sellers is Buyer misses a deadline like Inspection must be completed by X, (the Contingencies)
  18. I have. I wouldn’t make the trade. But want people to understand Money isn’t coming in without Money going out. they have 3M in cap space.
  19. I don’t think they can actually. Have to move money out first. only sitting at 3.1M in space.
  20. Only way to fit a contract is to move a contract. So gonna pay more to remove a contract.
  21. Give a 3rd if they Take Murphy’s contract back.
