the Ford Focus manafactured in the US is marred with problems (double digit recalls the first year?)...the Focuses built in Europe are near perfection there is a difference if you're going to spend alot of money on a car, you'd like to avoid as many reliability issues as possible...by buying an import (essentially voting with your dollars), you're sending a message to the big three to clean up their act and produce a better product...that seems to be a much better idea than supporting and maintaining mediocrity

it works fine...i use one on every long trip on... so my fiance can watch movies while i drive... just make sure your laptop isn't some power hungry monkey (i.e. Alienware) that sucks up more power than the alternator can provide, otherwise if you suck so much that the alternator cannot keep up you will eventually discharge you car battery and your car will die on the road i don't think laptops are really much of an issue for that

i didn't like it that much either...had its moments, but overall, not that great that said, it's still better than all that reality tv bullstevestojan that won't die...it may be a poor man's family guy, but I'd take this over 99.9% of current TV programming, so 'Godspeed, American Dad!' however, either the family guy or american dad is going to tank since they are basically the same show. i sure hope it's american dad
