I'm the Division Manager, so I'm stuck having to listen to all of the presentations. Unfortunately there is too much happening. We took over an underperforming group and we have to radically re-organize them. To give you an idea as to how bad it is, their performance level is similar to that of Kevyn Adams of the Sabres. Nothing like that, but most people don't realize that their camera is pointed at them all of the time, so we get some wonderful visuals of people nose-picking, stuffing their face with food and drink, staring at their phones, etc.
