  1. I hope so as well. as for doug, well he didn't get his wish but McD sure did, hence whaleys exit.
  2. obviously some fans still have some sort of animosity here. just one thought about big stuff. I'm sure in his heart he is happy for the bills. he did not want to go and had some close bonds with a few former team mates, especially kyle. this game should not be looked at with any type of redemption but rather looked at as a great opportunity for the team to advance in the dance. Jaguars DT Marcell Dareus on playing the Bills in the playoffs: 'You can't make this [stuff] up' The former All-Pro defensive tackle spent seven seasons in Buffalo. He still has plenty of friends in the Bills' locker room. He was happy to hear about the Bills' success. "I just wish I could have helped," Dareus said. "But at the same time, in some kind of way I feel like I did. If I didn't, it is what it is. I'm extremely happy for [Bills defensive tackle] Kyle Williams, extremely happy for [Buffalo center] Eric Wood. The lifers that have been there for all of those years, just extremely happy for those guys." Both Dareus and Marrone dealt with less-than-ideal exits from Buffalo.
  3. my hair was not grey, my child was a preschooler. 18 years later, my hair is grey and I'm a grandfather.
  4. there was that moment, late in the game where I started thinking they're going to lose the game 22-23. today is a good day HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
  5. cling on? are you saying you would rather see peterman start against the jags? I have been pretty critical of taylor but even I would not consider peterman starting against the jags. had the season ended yesterday, that 90% would still be talking about taylors future, ready to let him go. I would be and feel reaching the post season hasn't changed that line of thought. I'm sure if they lose to the jags that some will go the whole off season claiming had they started peterman it would of been a different result. I disagree his post was a LAMP, without a doubt but at this point, heading in to the first playoff game in you know how long, it's not time to worry about taylors future. that will come to conclusion in the off season where I could still see them moving on from him. then again, I make no decisions and have yet to see any fans opinions have any implications in the process so I'll allow those in charge to make the final decision(s). nate peterman proved one thing is his two starts. he is not ready. so to even think about putting him in a playoff game on the road is a ridiculous thought, or in the case of this thread, nothing more then a LAMP.
  6. you forgot to add this to your post OP. if you're serious then your post is stupid and nothing more then a LAMP.
  7. yes, I did shed a tear. it was only one tear but a tear none the less. 12-31-17 will be a day for the ages. GO BILLS!!!
  8. you joined to start this thread? your tenure here should certainly be a short one. I don't like to use the word stupid but in this case it easily applies. go crawl back under your rock. troll
  9. is this a form of fact or a form of your opinion? you'll have to excuse me for asking as I don't know you from adam so you could be or have some inside source to back this up? I wont say he's gone anymore than he stays, I don't know. I do know that he was/is part of the team that just made the post season, which I am elated about and will give him and the team credit for achieving that goal, even if they had to have help, they did their job today. no need to think about where he'll be, just looking forward to sunday and a chance to advance?
  10. this is awesome. I know when I was watching and he ran it in I raised my arms and hollered thank you, thank you!! one for the ages. what a great day to be a bills fan.
  11. expected really. home field and a stout D. 0-0 anything can happen. I know for a moment watching the last minutes of the ravens game, I had my doubts. I felt like it wasn't going to go their way. then the 4th and 12 play after he caught it and then ran it in for the td, I raised my arms and said thank you. awesome feeling. I still feel high. well, I mean high from the win. great day today, one for the ages.
  12. I salute any and all bills fans, whether in wny or afar. I was born and raised in wny. moved south, not for sun and tropics, although when it is tropical, it's nice. not too tropical tonight expecting a low 25° and in the 20's the next few nights. that might seem tropical to the 15° below zero and a 60° below zero wind chill I remember being in back in the day. still chilly here none the less. very cool gesture by the bills to send the wings. classy for sure GO BILLS!!!
  13. you have to crawl before you can walk. as long as he learns along the way, I'll take a rookie HC winning 9 games and making the post season. GO BILLS!!!
  14. what a great feeling. how appropriate OP, party like it's 1999, very cool!!
  15. be back april for the draft take care all
  16. R.I.P. Sir
  17. no, it's not on them. taylor clearly put them in that hole with his inability to throw the ball away. had he done that, they would of been 2nd and 10 and never would of been in that position to begin with. he had plenty of time to get rid of the ball before getting tripped up. keep finding excuses to excuse him of his poor play at the QB position. all on on taylor, period. the sooner he is gone, the better. fortunately only one more week of tiresome taylor. (pending playoffs which chances are slim to none)
  18. what's tiresome is watching taylor play QB. not throwing the ball away and taking a sack setting up a 2nd and 25 was the nail in the coffin for me. I'm done with taylor and I hope the team will be as well at seasons end.
  19. you forgot to add the pats game at home. that was a doozy. 65 yds, no tds and a whopping 3 points from the offense.
  20. enjoy the game lets go buffalo!
