    No idea what's going on with Josh. I really hope this isn't alcohol-related. It's not even a football concern, just want to see him be stable.

    I'm happy to work around the circumstances if Cyrus is only LT-capable. Ideally, you'd find a competent swing guy but is that versatility worth disrupting continuity for? The current system isn't broke so fixing it seems unnecessary. If you can find a versatile C/G, even easier to jusify the status quo.

    @AaronSuttles Alabama linebacker Tim Williams was arrested Thursday morning and charged with illegal carrying of a pistol. The charge is a misdemeanor and Williams posted the $300 bail. These charges were dropped yesterday. DA claimed inconsistent statements. His indefinite suspension by LSU was also lifted.

    Thanks, appreciate the kind words. If I'm picking, I'll risk it with the brisket. He's not quite as keyed into the timing of the offense as Garoppolo. Made a couple of money throws that were dropped last week, also could've been picked a couple times. He'll give a chance or two.

    It does raise a roster configuration question. If Cyrus can only play LT, are we content with that? If Henderson comes back to health, keep him as backup RT for 2017? Try and acquire a new RT in the draft.

    If you notice, the official looking right at it didn't throw the flag. The flag came from behind the LOS. I think it was a knee jerk reaction to the helmet flying off more than anything. Not going to knock them for calling it. Split-second decision with all the weight of the concussion lawsuit on them and the league. Just be consistent with that kind of thing.

    I think it's important to hold yourself accountable. As most people know by now, I'm incredibly opinionated. If I'm wrong (and it happens a lot), I try to learn from it. I'm a process guy and, sometimes, my process is flawed. I also don't mind poking fun at myself.

    The run defense has come along in the past couple of years. He's really worked on his coverage skills too. Credit to him, he's the product of a ton of hard work.

    I remember arguing that Hughes might not be the best scheme fit for Rex and that I'd consider not re-signing him. Jerry shut me up, good and proper. Never been so happy to be wrong.

    The timing on stunts is almost down to perfection and Jerry is loving it. Really great team effort up front on Sunday, beautiful to watch.

    Their defense isn't being helped by missing Sheldon Rankins. Injury, not much you can do about it. Willfully not playing Stephone Anthony over James Laurinaitis? Yeah, you deserve everything you get for that.
