  1. on the jests forums they are asking for penningtons head. they all want to see quincy cater start (thats how good our defense is ) what are they saying on the radio
  2. and I hope by o-line you mean willis McGahee
  3. Losman will never be a #1 reciever. He doesnt have the height and strength. But, Losman, McGahee, Moulds, Losman would be a formidable offense, this is all provided that Losman is any good and doesnt turn out to be another RJ.
  4. on second thought, maybe mcnown would be good. i think that miami is giving up and might just let arizona have a field day on them. ah crap this is tough. go flip a coin.
  5. could you block out the jim rome show? maybe just put some fuzz in there instead. i'd rather hear that. on the real, it sounds like a novel idea, i think they'd get some good amount to subscripitions for it.
  6. sorry, i missed this before, dunno how i didnt see it. anyways, wow, thats a tough one. we all know ariz loves to throw the ball, especially with the 3 big WR's they got now. but they are playing a stiff miami d. oaklands got the panthers, who have a terrible defense this year. but collins still sucks, although wheatley is back from injury. uhmm..... plus maybe that arizona road losing deserves some consideration. mmmm.... i think if it was me i'd pick collins. wheatley playing again is going to help them a lot. plus it might end out a shootout with those two bad defenses. but its a crapshoot. no wrong pick can be made. either one could have a big day, or a crappy day.
  7. did your mother cheat on your dad with Bledsoe or something? we know you hate him, no need to bring it up in every post.
  8. sounds good to me, i'll root for that. bills = unstopable
  9. I'd say after this year we should look to replace posey with something younger. We do have to make some changes or else the defense will just slowy dissapate. Pitt keeps a solid defense but they still make small changes each year.
  10. Clarence would be another good area for you, its similar to OP, except it'd be a lot shorter of a drive to UB for you. East Amherst is also recomended (starting to get crowded though). Anywhere along the I-990 would be good living and good driving distance for you.
  11. wow, i was thinking what this means to our team. if vincent is as good at safety as we all think he is, this adds a whole new dimension to our defense. we already have an amazing run defense, now our pass defense will just be sick. i'm not sure if we'll need to blitz ever, just send the front four in and make the offense deal with it. they wont be able to run or pass. nothing will get by us. that is... if he is as good at FS as we all think he will. not even having gilbride calling the plays could mess up this defense, we cant lose.
  12. just becausee HSimon is on WGR does not mean they are a credible source of news. They've made too many mistakes in the past, I still don't trust them.
  13. McNabb at QB (a must start, even thought they will lose to Pitt ) McGahee, and Duce at RB (gotta bias yourself towards Bills players, I always do) Wayne (another must start - escpecially with the Vikes), and Moulds Johnson Giants D
  14. I always thought empire shold have played old bills games in the summer. that way we can have Bills football year round. its sad that nobody ever did that. i'd love to watch some of the old games, since i'm to young to remember. i'm sure many of you would like to watch them also.
  15. In my 3 yahoo pools 6-2-0 3-5-0 6-2-0 15-9-0 overall. not bad i guess.
  16. i voted nader. if you and everyone else who thinks that did the same....
  17. Jason Taylor, John Abraham get consistant double teams. Schobel never gets double teamed.
  18. actually he does get a lot of tackles. and from what the coaches say about him he is pretty good at run defense. and as far as sacks go.... he has the 2nd most in the afc. what do you want out of the guy?
  19. Mine wasn't. I think Schobel is overated.
  20. i know where you are coming from. sometimes i feel that way. but you have to admit the guy has been solid in his play with no real weaknesses or mistakes.
  21. Pat Williams with no question. For those who don't think about things other than stats...... Half of the reason our defense is so good is because we stop the run very well. Pat Williams sitting in the middle and not letting anything move up the middle is half of the reason our run defense is so good. We absolutely need him if we expect our defense so stay as good as it is.
  22. ICE I'm not reading all 5 pages of posts, but I did read the first one. Only real thing i care about is how you insist Bledsoe is the worst QB ever. He's not good, I'll give you that. He's not bad either, he's just in the middle somewhere. He still has a great arm and can make a throw once in a while. Its not the worst thing in the world that he is our starter and many of his past woes were not his fault (although many were). I'm just saying, its ok that he is our starter for now, he's still good enough to be worthy of the position, even if he can't carry the team on his shoulders alone like a Manning or Favre can. Heck even Culppeper falls apart without his #1 "distraction", Moss, on the field. You just demand too much out of Bledsoe. Lower your standards for him. Expect him to make good passes when he has the time, but dont expect him to scramble all over the field, break tackles and avoid blitzes to make time for a throw. He's not great so stop comparing him to Jim Kelly.
