    Bills did, Kiko is an unknown still especially after coming off of another ACL surgery. McCoy has been one of the best RBs in the league. The defense didn't get any worse but the offense got a huge upgrade.

    He was until he tore his ACL... Again. Then he wasn't even part of an elite defense. The Bills offense was horrible last year and they just upgraded the offense without downgrading the defense.
