  1. 10-4, doc. Make it happen Beane.
  2. The Bills can never catch these guys on the field, and the cops never get them out on the streets. The Chiefs are very elusive fellas.
  3. Drag that Achilles through the mud, you
  4. Inside. Quick hits. Screens. End arounds, jet sweeps. I’d like to see what he can do with an expanded route tree. I want to see the mid stuff, and not just backside drags. Can he throw? Can any player throw besides Allen? The ol’ Julian Edelman is a nice play to hold.
  5. Cool. Just goes to show how wild it was for Beane and McDermott to make a deal with the devil (Diggs). After the implosion, there’s a much MUCH less likely chance they look for that player-type ever again.
  6. Thank you OP. I am also on board with eliminating arm punts.
  7. I thought there was no way. This made my day. Yes, dad’s have the strangest quirks. Like freezing at a picnic because of a fly.
  8. Hey! Can I just add, regardless of how many WRs got drafted before KC0, we have an organizational sign-off on a rookie WR1 coming to town this season. It should be hella fun watching this play out. Coleman is going to make some catches that we haven’t seen here in a while, maybe ever. He is going to go up and take one away from the defensive and look like a superior, talented. mega beast compared to all other players on the field. And he’s a personality. This is going to be cool.
  9. Yes, Andrews. He’s been TE1 in stretches. Injuries and JACKSON have held him back. The Bills have nobody like him. They might, but we can’t seriously say the Kincaid will be as good as Andrews is next season. We hope he is, but that’s a HUGE projection.
  10. Objection! Leading the witness, your honor Absolute a WR1 would make this Josh’s best weapon group. Extremely self evident.
  11. (When after the 1987 season) My dad said, “grandpa thinks the Bills aren’t so bad.” And the Bills weren’t so bad for a decade. That was it for me. Ages 10-20 were filled with Bills magic, and heartache.
  12. Man, so now it’s popular to love this group? I still don’t see it, and I’m one that’s okay with this group. I think they could be as effective as needed to be a very productive scoring unit. No WR1. By the way, this is more the argument around this board. “Weapons”—no WR1 is an auto not a top five for a lot of posters, including me. So the Dolphins, Bengals, guess the Texans, Jets, Baltimore (Andrews), Indy(??), Jags for sure, all better right now.
  13. Love it!! Hope the young man continues his upward traj. Question though, so OP is saying move O’CT64 to LT, and trade DD73 for TH5..?
  14. If anyone wants to throw up right now, imagine Diggs winning a ring this season with Houston. Not like that is a zero probability.
  15. Apples and cannonballs. He should be there. Young team, young quarterback, and if Diggs is on the field who he think he is and the fans want to back him as the game changer they sought to get over the top, he should be ingratiating himself to the entire city.
  16. Doesn’t matter. I think what does matter to most posters is the lack of talent and experience in that room. It’s questionable right now if your option of x,xxx passing yards (I’m guessing you think it will be a top 5 stat) is distributed at all. We don’t need a WR to have huge numbers. But we do need a guy that is clutch. Usually it’s the WR1 that’s clutch, because he’s more talented and capable of big plays in big spots. That’s what’s missing right now. There’ve been teams that have had a consistently clutch WR who doesn’t put up WR1 numbers……. Oh wait, no, no there hasn’t. That's the worry.
  17. Here’s my opinion and advice on this. Make Shakir your WR3, he’s either a guy you believe can handle the role or you don’t, right now. Do not dick around with this kid and his role. I believe that if he has a clearly defined position at WR3, he could be one of the best in the league. They still have to figure out WR1 and WR2. That’s plenty. Don't screw around with WR3 in addition. I don’t know what type of mentoring Shakir has had for this specific role, but having a veteran in front of him these past two years could have been really valuable to him. Too bad the Bills haven’t been a WR factory with longevity as of late. With Allen, I’d like to see guys stick around passed year four… too much to ask..? We haven’t been able to get a drafted WR to a second contract in how long..? Obviously, there’s a problem. And I don’t think it’s Allen. I do think it’s Beane, McDermott, the revolving OC chair, and staff. This Coleman pick, and Shakir’s growth, will be very very large when contemplating if OBD can get the job done with WRs. It’s too bad Diggs didn’t work out. Davis. Now with a cleaned house, it’s outright imperative to stabilize that position room. We need guys that will be here long term. Your senior most WR needs to have the his role clearly defined right now.. not see how it goes..
  18. If Claypool doesn’t put a hand on the ground at the flanker AND split end, I’m over it.
  19. I read the punchline in Jerk Store voice 👏
  20. He can’t catch. No need to discuss further.
  21. Make this simple. A WR1 is superior in talent to his teammate WRs and his opponents. He makes more plays, because he’s better. Those plays add up in the stats columns, so numbers are a result of superior talent, WR1. Yes I want one. Kelce and Kincaid’s comp isn’t close to even yet, with one ascending, one descending, it will be a Swift passing, so guess we’ll see if Kincaid is good enough for us to be the Chiefs. But right now, we’re not, and 12 months ago, Kincaid didn’t even exist. So yes, we are and should be continuing our search to REPLACE our WR1.
  22. If the Bills stop paying a guy’s salary mid season but expect him to play his best, then fair comparison.
