Ej Manual will be fine. Sitting and observing will help immensely. He's surrounded by veterans, he's a kid among men. An then 80,000 screaming fans. We need to stick with EJ. He may get his chance, he needs to be allowed to scramble, injury prone or not. He needs a complete game of pass or run. Confidence will come Mobility and accuracy will come EJ will be fine

Ej Manual will surprise fans when he has the chance. Watching Smith struggle should be a sign of how hard it is to be inexperienced with veterans all around you. Ej has won games but lacks experience and confidence. Coaches fear injury so his mobility is restricted. He will be fine, either this year or next. Operating behind our offensive line is difficult. Ej will be fine either here or elsewhere. He will surprise.

Realistically, you have a back up QB and a 3rd string running back. You have two rookies on the offensive line, and a very conservative offensive coordinator. Your defensive line is good but slow getting to the QB. Your defensive backs are average. You have a poor record defensively on 3rd and long. The Jets will be angry and mean. Another squeaker, hopefully, Bills 17-14, one defensive TD.

Kouandjiois is very raw, no matter how strong and muscular. Starting him against an experienced, solid Jet defense would be a mistake. I don't think they will do it. It's like starting a high school senior against a college senior. Way to much of a difference in talent. Use your veterans and open up the offense

Confidence, with some good opening movement of the ball, would help. We need some early positive gains, which will help with positive attitudes. Being in the trenches without progress, is stifling. Lineman like to see progress from their efforts. Jazz up the first few series with reverses and screens and misdirection, open up the offense. The lineman will respond, give them something to get excited about.
