I was cleaning out my garage about a month ago and found the box that I kept my old stubs in. I was a pretty cool memory going through them. My first concert was Van Halen for the VH II album. I've got the old Stones stub from Tattoo You in 81. Does anyone remember the patches 91 Rock used to give out at some of the concerts? I've got one from the Stones in 81 and one from the Who when they played at Rich Stadium in 82. Good times!

Well, it looks like Pelosi is done. She couldn't keep her trap shut. I must admit to enjoying watching her squirm watching the PC. The real question is where this ends. She almost certainly will lose the seakership, but how far this goes is anyones guess. What comes around goes around. Couldn't happen to a nicer person!

I took my son and a few of his friends to a Switchfoot/Third Day concert last year and Robert Randolph and the Family played also. I had never heard of them nor had the boy and his liltte girl friend(s). I came away a lifelong fan of those guys. They absolutely JAM! For those of you who like a real throwback jam band- do not miss these guys when the come to town...I know I'll be looking out for them in the future.

I'm mildly interested in what the Obama apologists think of this. Then again, I think I know their line.

Beautiful Tribute Lori, thanks for sharing. As a kid growing up we rented Jack Kemp's house in Hamburg on S. Lake St. We would always get the requisite Christmas card from him every year, and I also have fond memories of campaigning for him as a kid in Hamburg High School as part of one of my classes. He was a great American and a true patriot. He cared deeply about this nation and the American people. Not just the wealthy, but also America's poorest. He tried throughout his career to take measures to revitalize our cities, wanting all Americans to prosper. I also think our nation would be different if he was elected. This is truly a sad day for our nation. We lost much more than a quarterback or a politician. We lost an American giant. May God grant peace to the Kemp family. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

Good for Kevin Vaughn! He did a great job of not just pointing out the problems with the region, but offering solutions as well. Buffalo and the surrounding areas are getting exactly what they asked for! And I fear you're right about this happening at the national level.
