I love oatmeal but been avoiding due to carbs. Whaley worked for the Steelers for 10 years rising to be a pro personnel coordinator before accepting the Buffalo Bills job as Assistant general manager. Whether he played left or right guard Bates has played both when needed. He was active every game with other players costing more or higher draft picks made inactive even when healthy.
