  1. Hey, I deserve it. I started this as a serious thread (look back), then someone jumped in with the usual anti-Democrat non sequitur, then I dragged it right into couch (and now dolphin) memes. But mom jokes? That goes nowhere. This is now all about couches/dolphins. Only. Until it plays out. I'll let you know.
  2. Like Americans are actually somber (or even sober) on Memorial Day. https://kdvr.com/news/local/memorial-day-starts-100-deadliest-days-of-summer-agencies-issue-dui-warning/
  3. @Biden is Mentally Fit EDGY ALERT/TRIGGER WARNING What exactly does that have to do with JD Vance? If I watch it is she gonna hump the arm of a couch or something? Because then I might watch.
  4. JD is on to something with these Dolphin Pervs.
  5. Gotta stick with it for about 12 seconds, then it gets really good.
  6. As opposed to Trump the Great Unifier?" That last for 20 minutes.
  7. It is a long understood rule of the internet that a meme only sticks when it has that special combination of Ridiculous + Somehow Plausible. JD Vance, you and that couch are forever associated. Roll over and get off the couch. In that order.
  8. So says the guy addicted to Twitter feeds, where last week's news has been supplanted by Kamala, then Southwest ending no seat assignments, then JD Vance and his many couches.
  9. You should get up off the couch every once in a while. Particularly if JD Vance is around.
  10. https://futurism.com/jd-vance-couch-trump-shooting-google More searches with the terms "Vance" and "couch" than for "Trump" and "shooting." Richard Gere, Rod Stewart? Meet JD Vance.
  11. Never gonna live that down. It's the Let's Go Brandon of the dems
  12. Soy milk is disgusting. My daughter puts it in coffee. I have no idea why. I have no problem with manly oat milk. My wife eats tofu. I got so tired of watching her eat that tasteless garbage that I took over last week. Marinated in spicy teriyaki. Rolled it corn starch and panko break crumbs. Fried it up. It was edible! Almost good. Not gonna pass up real meat for it, but edible and somehow she still thinks its "healthy."
  13. And which payback? Because a lying, cheating, porno girl effing Trump ain't exactly Washington or Jefferson.
  14. True. But not all Dems are "soy boys." Just showing you some examples.
  15. Translation: I won't read it. I will wait for some Twitter guy to quote one line from it with his or her hot take on how Timesy it is.
  16. I have a feeling these old f*ckers would send JD Vance back to the Kentucky family plot.
  17. Not really desperation. It's two other things: 1. As Trump said himself, it's frustration. "You suckered me into spending two years preparing to run against Joe Biden, the senile doddering old man, and now we've got to start all over!" Unfair! 2. They were already celebrating. Making plans for 2025. Trump was ahead in all key polls. Doing a premature victory dance. And then the comeback. Kamala came off the bench like Doug Flutie for Rob Johnson. All of a sudden it was a game again. They're shocked. How can a lame sub like Flutie be doing this to us? It spoiled their fun. They're trying anything that might stick.
  18. Good point. If you do read the Bible, you're going to find out exactly nothing there that illuminates the modern abortion debate.
  19. Another thread that I'd say didn't age well, but generally that comment is reserved for something that has been proved wrong over a significant passage of time. These threads - "Is Biden Dead" "Why Won't Obammy Endorse Harris" - don't even have time to age before they're revealed as idiotic.
  20. Interesting that you mention the Bible. Because the Bible doesn't expressly mention "abortion" (any word that would translate as such), but at least the Old Testament is pretty clear that causing a miscarriage isn't akin to murder. Even deliberately causing a woman to miscarry by striking her resulted in the perpetrator being fined. It was only when the pregnant woman herself was otherwise harmed that it was treated like a crime. Exodus 21, for example, suggests that a pregnant woman’s life is more valuable than the fetus’s. This text describes a scenario in which men who are fighting strike a pregnant woman and cause her to miscarry. A monetary fine is imposed if the woman suffers no other harm beyond the miscarriage. However, if the woman suffers additional harm, the perpetrator’s punishment is to suffer reciprocal harm, up to life for life. https://nevadacurrent.com/2022/07/20/what-the-bible-actually-says-about-abortion-may-surprise-you/#:~:text=Yet the Hebrew and Greek, simply is not directly mentioned.
  21. I don't know, but I understand a Philosopher named Burr will set me straight.
  22. Read the NYT! They analyze it, and reach a reasoned conclusion. I guess that's bad now. It is so much better to just tweet something like "Liberal Media Now Trying to Gaslight Us Into Believing Trump Wasn't Hit By A Bullet"
