Yes, it is hard to believe. But never assume malice when incompetence provides a sufficient explanation.

Later reports on his condition and identity (once disclosed) of the shooter. Then tries to gather information on the shooter. I know it's not inst-news, but look at the video. People here posted the long haired weirdo as the shooter. People here posted the ASU student ranting about liberals as a video of the shooter. Both were flat-out wrong. What is gained by posting these hot takes other than fueling the conspiracy/outrage machine?
