Thats what I was going to suggest. I drink a shake after using the free weights and taking a 2-3 mile run. I usually drink one with a couple slices of peanut butter toast or an egg sandwich for breakfast. I'm not trying to be a body builder or anything but since I've been doing that I have felt a lot healthier. Bottom line, the myoplex shakes are pretty good, don't know about that bars though.

Joking about somebodies death is not that humorous... now maybe it came about a day earlier and didn't involve someone dying, it might be comical.

Sad enough, I've never been to a Bills game but I am hoping to get to one down in Miami some time soon. Maybe I'll make it up there in future, but until then I'll take what I can get. That being said, My brother, dad, and my self were outside building a a tool shed during the Music City Lateral game and had the TV sitting in one of the windows so we could watch the game. On that last play, I would have to say I have never seen my dad so ecstatic. Being in the process of putting up the sides of the shed my dad pretty much let go and down it came. Looking back on it, I just kind of laugh about that game just because of how my dad reacted. Lots of :censored: :censored: . And thats that. Nothing that great, but to me, that was priceless.

Lynch, even though when the 49ers got Patrick Willis I said f :censored:ing pricks, I guess we are going with Lynch. I feel the pick was well spent. Other than Lynch the next couple guys would be Evans, Roscoe, and Peters. Other than that, the whole team is a huge list of my favorite players, those 4 are just the favorite of the favorites. Anyways, lets see how Mitchell and Stroud do, they could very well be added to that list!

Well, they could use a Defensive Forward and a big blue liner that will hold the puck in and not hold back on throwing the hip check (which is all but gone form the game) along with someone to take the pressure off of Miller. I think now that Miller has had this year under his belt, next year he should play close to as many games and hopefully have a better turn out.... its jsut the tip of the ice berg, as of now though, the window for winning a cup is just about shut, locked, and sealed. Lets see what the offseason brings if we don't get that 8th spot, which is looking dim.

You can't forget that Miller doesn't have a very reliable backup and has played the majority of the games this year. He is three starts away from playing more games than any other Sabre goalie ever IIRC. As far as Pominville is concerned, I would be shocked and pretty ing pissed if they traded or let him walk.
