Playoffs?

I don’t see the Browns trading out of 4 unless Barkley is gone.

The Browns would be freakin stacked after this draft, if this trade actually happened.

I’m not a fan of going after him. He will be a headache and we will have to make him the highest paid WR.. money well spent elsewhere until we are 100% positive we have a marquis QB.

I don’t see the Browns trading out of #1 or #4. They will get the top QB in the draft AND Saquon Barkley... great time to be a Browns fan. I also would be shocked to see the Giants trade out of #2... and if they do, it will cost more than I’d be comfortable giving up (as we have so many holes to fill). The Jets won’t trade out of #3. Even if ‘their QB’ is selected by Cleveland or NYG. Whoever they pick at #3, they will say was ‘their guy’ all along. Now, whether we can get into the 5-10 position.... we’ll see!

So who are our WR’s next season???

For as much of a head case as he was last season, I have a hard time believing he just bounces back from this to become a dominant NFL receiver. He was his brother away from the headlines reading “Zay Jones found dead and naked after jumping 30 stories.” Not or making fun of him or the situation. This is very sad. I feel for him. But I wouldn’t be surprised to see McBeane move on...

Bruschi is hating on buffalo. Simple as that. Complaining about the weather, but he played his career in New England? Im glad Shefter mentioned Jim Kelly and stood up for Buffalo a bit. I get why players wouldn’t want to be in Buffalo, but I think it surprises many of them.

#3 scares me though. If we’re locked in on one QB, all it takes is for another team to trade up with Cleveland or NYG and get our guy. Hopefully there are a couple QB’s that we love...

Apples and oranges. Barkley can do it all. Best running back to come out of penn state. I watched every game he played in. He’s an absolute freak of nature. He will be a game changer in the nfl. Just saying...

Only way I could get down with this would be to sign Cousins, trade up with Giants (picks and Shady), draft Barkley. Otherwise, I want Shady here. He has more in the tank and we know we don’t have a worthy replacement. Without a threat in the running game, our rookie QB and mediocre receivers are completely screwed. He is also veteran leadership that is walking out the door with Wood, and KW/TT (likely).

Do it! The 2017 2nd round pick is great value! in all seriousness, I’d be pretty upset if we traded Shady. He IS our offense. Screw thus rebuild talk next year. I want playoffs again! I’d still be perfectly fine with Cousins. That gives us 5 years at least to contend. Can you imagine what kind of trouble this organization would be in if we traded the farm to get a QB that ended up being a bust? And why would the Giants want Shady?? They’re in ful rebuild mode.

I’m not sold on Darnold. Would rather pay Cousins and hope he plays at a high level for the next 5 years. If we trade up big time and draft a flop of a QB, this will set us back substantially in the short and long run.
