Playoffs?

What Joe Burrow does, he does very, very well. He’s generally a pocket passer who can make just about any throw needed, and is very accurate. in that sense, he is elite. And yes, it helps to have a great WR group. He is not Allen, Jackson, Mahomes… in that he’s generally not making Superman improv plays outside the pocket and/or putting the team on his back by running the ball. It doesn’t make one much better than the other. Just different styles of elite quarterbacks. Just my opinion.

No what I’m saying is that we could use some high quality depth behind some of our players that would tank us if they got injured. Like someone mentioned earlier, we’re a Kincaid injury away from being in a tough spot… I would’ve liked to have seen Beane get another playmaker on O. And our D keeps falling apart with injuries. I get the cap issues, but there’s not reason to not go all in this season and win it all.

Not looking too good folks.. God help this team stay healthy for the remainder of the season… it’s the only way we have a chance at a Lombardi.

I’m so sick of having ‘everybody eats’ shoved down our throats. It’s ok if one guy eats a little more than the rest!

I’m not feeling good. I just don’t see how we can defend the chiefs’ passing game. I’m so scared that Mahomes will be able to do whatever he wants back there… and just rotating the ball between Rice, Kelce, Worthy, and Brown. Josh may truly have to be Superman.

38-24 Chiefs I just don’t know how our defense is going to cover their speedsters. And I’m not loving the way Allen is playing right now. Spags will take away Cook. And our WRs still can’t separate. Not feeling good about this game. Would love to be wrong.

Actually insane to think I’m almost in the same boat right now. We’ve had some down moments in prior years, but this just feels very different right now. I’m nervous to invest any emotion in this organization right now. I’m hoping this is all an overreaction, and the Bills will come out firing after the bye… but per above… it just doesn’t feel hopeful right now. Beane took some huge gambles, and it appears we may lose on them. It infuriates me that the Chiefs just keep winning, year after year after year after year… no matter who is in their lineup. To me, so much of that comes down to coaching and preparation. They’re as consistent as they come.

ZERO chance Miami trades Waddle to us… unless Allen is part of that deal.

I can’t listen to all this Super Bowl stuff. A lot of people get upset, but the fact is, the Bills are not a very good team right now. Seems to be a much better chance that we don’t make that playoffs than making the Super Bowl. Have we even played one really good game yet? Unless some serious changes are made, I honestly question how we’re going to win games.. our secondary is a complete mess. We don’t have a WR who can command double coverage. The blueprint is out there on how to play us. And our coaches are still making very good questionable decisions. Who in our secondary is going to keep up with Xavier Worthy and Rashee Rice, along with covering Kelce? How do our receivers magically create separation? Yes, we have Josh Allen… but Allen alone is just not enough to get us there. Hopefully they’re figuring out some things during the bye!

It’s not that Beane is WR1 averse.. he just chooses poorly. Cooper, Palmer, Samuel, Keon, Moore… bringing back John Brown and Beasley. Lots of whiffs. None of those guys are scary, or were scary when they were playing for us. After Diggs left, we’ve had NO ONE on our team that commands double coverage. That’s a big problem.

Keon sucks.
