Both of their organization charts must look like a tree after an ice storm. "Too many cooks" is who I would describe both........And, both have these out of town cronies that you're not sure what their job is. I don't see how one of these reporters can't get the real story from a real insider. Not "stories of an argument with a secretary."

I wish I knew more Xs and Os at at time like this. Joe B this morning on GR said he'd put safety only behind D End and middle linebacker as most important in today's NFL on D. John Murphy continually beats the drum that safeties don't win games, etc.

Like I said on the Pat L thread, what a difference two days make. Friday I thought the Byrd talks had turned a corner, and I thought even if not, they'll definitely tag him..........And, the Sabres looked like they had a front office that was competent, unified and had a plan!
