  1. Lighten up? Who is you. Lol. I only pointed out what was done on a national radio broacast. I personally think it's a non issue to a certain extent. To address your point, you are right it has nothing to do about coaching football. With that being said then why do what Rex does in the 1st place. His job is to coach and win games and do press conferences to address the media. As a right now we are .500 team with a important game coming up that may well decide our season on a short week on the road. I just wish he would spend more time working on the defense to be better and how to stop Tom Brady as opposed to wearing football helmets to press conferences as the leader of our team. Iam personally is tired of our team being the button of jokes for the last 15 on the field. Now it's a chance that we may be the butt of jokes off the field unnecessarily. Until we are going back to playoffs and winning superbowls, nothing else matters regarding the team, including the fact that the best holder in the nation plays for the Clemson Tigers even it is his son in jest or not.
  2. over Rex wearing the helmet at todays press conference. Bascially said that coaches that try to win the press conference dont win games. He went so far as to wear a helmet on his radio show and did a commerecial while wearing the helmet and spoke about Rex during the commerical as well. Spoke about how coaches Bill Bellicheck, Greg Popovich,Tom Coughlin dont try to win the press conference. I dont agree with that however. They may not try to "win the press conference" but in the case of Bill Bellicheck and Greg Popovich them being jerks in the press conference is also like trying to win the press conference in the opposite way. I just wish Rex would just learn what battles to fight in as opposed to just being outlandish at every turn.
  3. Based upon what Watkins said in the post game, he has the respect of the players in the huddle basically saying he was telling boys to shut up in the huddle. On to the JETS
  4. When I saw him I forgot to mention that he was very low key too regarding not trying to be flashy. I talking about sweats and a button up shirt. Def not looking to be seen. The girl he was with looked very low matainance as well. Seems like he is trying to keep humble and grind away. Bobbie Dixon was the same way when I ran into him downtown at the hood gas station.
  5. Looks much bigger than 5-10 and I am 6'1. Looks like a cool cat. He starting dancing in front of the mircosoft store. Hope he plays good come Sunday
  6. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000573423/article/paxton-lynchs-hs-coach-broncos-texans-bills-call-about-qb I see the BILLS are not wasting anytime this year in trying the find a QB in the 2016 draft
  7. That sounds like you are reaching. You were probably the same guy talking about how important it was to keep Hughes
  8. In the CFL you can challenge PI. NFL needs to ook into that
  9. Retweet Always fun when you get the Rex defensive fail at the end of the game. Time for the "its on me, but trust me Ill get it fixed" speech?
  10. +1 I'm not naive about the injuries but I didn't quite look at like that because our team on offense has so many new players that wasn't on the team last year so with them being out didn't seem so extreme. But you are right. No way the Bengals even put 14 if they were in the same situation against the Bills
  11. Did you see the Giants vd eagles on Monday night. If you did you wouldn't asking that question
  12. accually I started the thread because I cant get that Sammy Watkins ankle injury out of my head. It has always been a concern of mine for a while now it just the latest injury and the complaints from the bengals took the cake
  13. last time it was replaced the county paid for it. Not sure about the time before that
  14. From what I have read that a grass field for us would be hard because of our winters. I wonder if there are any cold weather teams that have grass.
  15. I remember some years ago that we replaced our field turf with some new technology and ever since I recall our field seaming to be very slippery. The bengals were just complaining about the field being too slippery before the game started. Remember Mccoy took a handoff and slipped in the backfield. That could have easily been his ACL I couldn't remember the name of the turf so I did a little bit of research and came across this article that was just posted a couple of weeks ago ranking the best-worst field and guess the the BILLS Field ranked. http://www.si.com/nfl/2015/10/01/nfl-stadium-turf-grass-rankings 29. Buffalo Bills: Ralph Wilson Stadium, Orchard Park, N.Y. The only field using the A-Turf Titan infill artificial system hasn’t gotten a good rap around the league. It is tough to tell if the cold weather in Buffalo has put a difficult spin on the Ralph Wilson Stadium turf or if this style of artificial turf just doesn’t have the same comfort level as the rest of the league. Then I said to myself "yeah that was the name of it" Then I came across this article: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/08/27/roethlisbergers-rant-at-ralph-wilson-stadium-turf-missed-the-mark/ Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s claim that the surface at Ralph Wilson Stadium was to blame for Pittsburgh guard David DeCastro’s injury on Saturday night in Buffalo missed the mark in one important respect: Roethlisberger blamed FieldTurf, but the surface at Ralph Wilson Stadium is actually called A-Turf Titan. FieldTurf is a brand name for a type of artificial surface that many NFL teams use, either in their stadiums or on their practice fields. A-Turf Titan is a different type of artificial surface that the Bills are alone among NFL teams in using at their home fields. Here is the website for aturf and look at who they feature right on the home page http://www.aturf.com/systems/a-turf-titan/ I remember a lot of other instances where our field has caused numerous slips, more than what I normally see in other NFL games.
  16. Not sure what game you were looking at.I don't recall Orton having designed run plays for td's
  17. Its not the D-line. Its the scheme all way around. The biggest issue is that the players don't understand the defense at all and its not the players fault. Preston Brown is lost getting everybody set and the good QB are picking the Bills apart when they are playing soft coverage. Here is what we missing on defense: 1) We need Mckelvin back ASAP to play the slot or cornerback whatever you prefer because Roby sucks this year 2) Let the Front four rush. There were a couple of plays yesterday were the Bills rushed 3 and the Bengals left 6 in. Yes 3 vs 6 and Dalton just brought time to complete the pass. Also not a good idea to have Mario Williams checking Sanu which happened yesterday 3) Let our DBs get after these WR's. All these soft zones are getting us killled 4) Rambo and Duke Williams need to be replaced.ASAP. It was Duke Williams fault on the bomb to Marvin Jones that changed the game. We miss Sercey bad
  18. Complete Lie. That BS Ralph Wilson slipperly field caused that injury.Ive been saying that for quite some time now. Nice try though. As a matter of fact EJ pass on the run was perfect to Sammy
  19. we got a sack today and they didnt count it. too funny
