  1. Attended Bennett High - graduated from Williamsville North Attended Howard Univ. (Wash, DC - chemistry) - graduated from Jacksonville Univ (FL - Info Systems) MBA from Unv. of Michigan - Ann Arbor [GO BLUE!]
  2. I am a real guy - huge sports fan - even bigger Bills fan, been on this board forever - don't post often, cause I'm too busy, but I come here ALOT....I am a very real guy and I LOVE American Idol.....one of the few shows this old man can watch with his kids - we all love it...i travel alot, so we tivo it and recap on Friday nights...home this week, so here is my take... Niko - disappointed in his departure Travis - it was time to go Jenay -was much better in the prelims Amanda - she should have stayed - Mikalah (God awful Mikalah) should have departed. ps. Mario is a REAL talent - that guy can really sing... Here's hoping our latest qb addition won't have to become the starter!
  3. I had one about five years ago (due for another) and quite frankly, they gave me GREAT drugs and I didn't feel any pain - I think it was some combination of valium and darvon - whatever it was, I felt nothing and fortunately they found nothing to bring down my high because I was ready to party!!!
  4. I couldn't agree with you more - we keep holding onto these high priced players who do not produce - do not continue to saddle this team with players who don't fit - let them go and let's refill the stable.
  5. Best wishes - prayers are definitely with you and the family
  6. My little one (who'll be three in October) starts preschool here in NJ on Monday - I'm going late to a business trip so I can be perched outside with the movie camera just like when her sister (who is going into the 2nd grade) started some years ago.....it happens so fast
  7. It was stinging, but where was the substance - I have yet to hear anyone talk about what he will do - granted, it was a lot of bravado - but we don't live in this world alone - Bush is no tougher than anyone else - any President would have gone into Afghanistan after Al Queda - in fact, they probably would still be there instead of wasting resources in Iraq. With respect to Kerry not voting for the additional body armour - I understand that he voted against it because he wanted to pay for it with the tax cut given to the top 2% of income makers. But the question that I don't hear being asked nearly enough is - WHY THE HELL DID THEY SEND THEM OVER THERE (IN AN ELECTIVE WAR) WITHOUT THE ARMOUR IN THE FIRST PLACE???? Would they have sent their own kids over there without it? I find that unconscienable.
  8. Dude, it's not even a culture thing - I'm black and I can't stand that stuff - I KNOW it is because I am too old and glad about it.........
  9. #1 - the exit polls in Florida were right - more people did INTEND to vote for Gore; #2 - the 47,000 folks fraudulently kept from voting because of supposed felony convictions is the real crime. Records show that only a small number of these were legitimate and, 'surprisingly', black folks were restricted from voting (erroneously) in far greater proportions than latin Americans (Cuban Americans are much more likely to vote Republican).....they are trying to head down the same road again, but there is a lawsuit to make them reveal the new list before election day....unbelieveable.
  10. Wake up people - it's easy to say one thing and have your campaign manager in cahoots with the culprits at the same time! Quite frankly, when directly asked the question (and our modern day media does not ask ANYONE very good, probing questions anymore), he really had no choice. This 'debate' has to take place in a subversive way because this is a comparison where he has NO upside - they can dog Kerry all they want, but at least there are people around who saw him there and criticize what he did - all of this is really stupid, not relevant to what will happen in the next four years, and certainly took attention away from Bush's questionable record of military service.
