Vice President Debate: Vance vs Walz
Orlando Buffalo replied to B-Man's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
What I got from the debate is that Dem will try to do Trump's border policy, Trump's child tax credit, Trump's world peace, and Trump's vision of states deciding abortion law -
I used to work in insurance and still know enough people who work with the state on these types of matter, there is minimal federal workers in Tampa and a ton of state workers all up and down the West Coast. I don't begrudge the lack of feds, because whoever can help should be in NC and TN, but don't lie like this. The work is 90%+ state workers.

I am not overly concerned for several reasons: - we had a short week and in the NFL that one day matters - the receivers are still learning Josh, so they will get better, and need to be better when we face good DBs. - the play calling was bad but that is a rarity for Joe Brady. - the defense is usually much stouter vs the run, which once again at this point is a one off game. Team was not in sync at all, which means a good team will smoke us

I don't know who to blame for the issues on our backend of the defense but no one stepped up for sure. I am looking at the silver lining that the receiver looked better as game went on and this was first game where the DBs were good at being aggressive. If we learn from it I am sticking with my 12-5 record.

Josh Allen vs Patrick Mahomes: The changing of the guard?
Orlando Buffalo replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the two of them have been reading who is the best QB every about 5 games over the past 4 years. The separation between those two and three is enormous -
I have not been to Destin since 2015, but it was great if you like more paid back beach life. Several nice seafood places, costs were reasonable, it is definitely on my radar when I retire in 10-12 years.

Panama City is trying to reinvent itself right now, it was a party town that decided it was done with the party. If it works it will likely become great but it is in that transition period

Random talking head says something about the Bills
Orlando Buffalo replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can't imagine they will offer anything that would tempt us. Elam is not garbage simply not a starter, so unless they are offering a 2nd I think we say no, and I doubt they offer a 2nd or even a 3rd -
I have all that covered in my neighborhood but it has its problems. I am 15 minutes from Orange National and several other high end courses, 45 from airport, Internet can be 1T if I want to pay a little more, and weather is only below 45 a few weeks a year, and healthcare is top notch for older folks. If you want the downside or more info let me know

Snakes make it a swamp? Dirty water makes it a swamp? Gators makes it a swamp? Are you mentally challenged? The ground does get wet, it is not a swamp, it is a story Disney sells to dopes who believe Walt would spend all that money just to make it more difficult. I have a 1 mile circular lake in my neighborhood, I don't live in a swamp. My school had snakes and gators before being built, not a swamp. Disney had some swampy land, but it has 47 SQ miles and less than 1 sq mile was swamp.

Wow you are truly trying so hard not to be stupid but every thing you wrote is basically what we tell 5 year olds to simplify things. The "swamp" Disney is built on is not at all swamp, it is simply ground that gets wet and stays wet it is not like the everglades. As for Miami it has been 6 ft above sea level for more than 200 years that I can prove, to compare it to a swamp would be similar to calling you a hillbilly, because you like proving your ignorance.

Missouri executes an innocent man

If you simply wanted to complain about the death penalty I am truly open to that debate, I think is used far too frequently. But this dude was guilty, he was proven guilty by a jury of his peers, and the fact that you think a cop handling the murder weapon without gloves makes it untrue when the murder was before DNA evidence was ever used makes you dumb
