I just watched the most "woke" movie ever, The Marvels with my wife. there was only one white male who had a speaking role and several of the actors were terrible at acting. the story was clearly aimed at appealing to non comic book fans and it was done so poorly that it is now the biggest money loser of all time. I was in Asheville this week with wife and 15 year old daughter and we saw a protest. My daughter was very confused for multiple reasons, 1- everyone there was 60+ years old, 2-they were ranting at a microphone without saying anything, 3- a good portion was wearing masks despite being outside, 4- they started marching down the road singing a song about being peaceful, while blocking people trying to simply get around.
