    You have to start somewhere... No coach ever started with NFL coaching experience when they first start coaching. Bills are a perfect team for this first time coach.

    CJ did well between the tackles last year. So I don't blame Hackett for think he would be able to do it again.

    ^ No... Carolina lost 3 defensive players against the Bills. Didn't stop them from crushing the Giants. Next man up and the Coaching needs to find ways to adapt.
