Precisely. Mitchell is yet another in a long line of examples of why this coaching staff needs to go. Mitchell plays best at stopping the run and blitzing the QB. So what do we routinely do... drop him into pass coverage. Just an outstanding example of not putting your players in the best position to win.

All I'm saying is Dockery played better than Peters did today. I'm not suggesting Dockery is great or anything, just noting that for as bad as he may have looked at times, at least he was out there. Peters, once again, ends the season on the bench asking for more money.

We can always blame Peters! Seriously, though, it would be nice to see the guy finish a season. For as much grief as some of the other guys on the line get, at least they're on the field earning their paycheck for a full season. Pay him or not, I hardly care at this point. But, he's definitely got a screwed up attitude that makes me question his desire. Bill calls Dockery out in the OP. But, does anyone stop to consider that maybe Dockery's play is affected because our Pro Bowl LT is on the side line again.

I really, truly can't wait for JP to be somewhere else so we can stop bringing his name up in games where he's the 3rd string QB and not even seen on the bench. Unbelievable that people hate a guy that does nothing so much. I'm certain we'll all find several other players to rip on at the slightest hint of chance, but with luck, those players will actually be playing.

I completely agree with this post. Regardless of what anyone says, this team has talent at all positions. The problem, however, is the talent is young and misused. Young players at almost every key position means you get plenty of mistakes. I expect that. However, what you don't expect is the coaching staff to routinely put those young players in the worst possible position to win. A new HC and OC could do worlds for this team. But, as stated, if they hire a coach that rebuilds, we're in trouble. There's absolutely no reason this group of players can't be competitive in this league. DJ should be fired for no other reason than 0-6 against the Pats* and 0-6 against the division this year. If you can't win in your division, you'll never make the playoffs. Simple as that. 0-6 is unthinkable. Add to it the mis-handling of the game time situations and his being fired should be announced tonight. I'll take my chances with anyone else, at this point.

I disagree. I pretty much know what every play is before they snap. Hell, half of them I know before they break huddle. I guess the only thing we don't know is will they fumble the ball or get a penalty.

This is by far the most obvious and depressing point of the game... and season. The Bills are being horribly outcoached. The Pats* are making all the right decisions and look like they know what they're doing at all times; meanwhile, we look like we're just out there running around lost.
