He could be suspended

Sounds like the wind is blowing toward the ATL. Seems like a bit of an irrelevant franchise, and I regret all the time I spent half-following this story.

I can’t stand this guy and not sure when he will even be available. Tore his ACL in February. He still has talent but I’m very meh on the idea.

No one ever really wanted to play for the pats. They wanted to play with Tom Brady. we are now seeing that effect here. the pats are going to have to pony up the $$ to get FAs just like most other teams now.

A dark horse! I think Basham has potential too.

Shaq was signed in FA so we don’t go into the draft with a glaring need at whipping boy. He has experience in the system, so he’s good depth there.

It’s time to move on from him. Not worth it. He’s too emotional and immature to lead that team.

Their very first move in FA was to sign a pro bowl OG with experience in Kromer’s scheme and then extend the contract of 17’s Center. I think they know.

I think they have an interest in hanging on to him at the right price to them per his value, since they tendered him. The fact they traded a throwaway defender no one remembers the name of, who they were likely going to cut, for bates years ago was based on a different OL and scheme so I don’t put much meaning on that. As it pertains to moving on from Feliciano (who vocally said he want to play Center) and Williams (who was on a OT contract playing Guard) - once again this was expected as the intention is very likely to do a bit of an overhaul to the OL, vs maintain last year’s group, because of the change in OL coach. How Bates’ value factors into Kromer’s plan isn’t something we have access to other than seeing the $ they allot to him. What their plan at OL looks like will unfold, as it is 2 days into the new league year.
