  1. You are right - I should have said 10 to 15 thousand. I would invite you to try to cross the Peace Bridge after a Bills game if you think its an exaggeration.
  2. there was actually 4 pages in the Sun plus the front cover. Not one person in Canada (besides the people in the ownership group)is disappointed that the Bills aren't coming here. In fact, I have never heard one person in Toronto say they wanted the Bills to move here. Believe me, Bills fans in Southern Ontario wanted the Bills to stay where they belong and are happy that the Pegula won. Can't wait till Sunday when me and 15-20 thousand other Canadians will cross over the Peace Bridge to cheer the Bills to victory!!
  3. waste of time discussion, there is no way Bills take a QB at 9. With the Seahawks D destroying the Broncos vaunted O - there is no doubt in my mind that the Bills continue to build on the defensive side of the ball. Can someone start a discussion on the top defensive players - ones that actually have a hope of being drafted by the Bills and stop this draft a qb nonsense?!!
  4. You could write a novel on ways baseball can speed up the game. Though if they did figure it out, im not sure what I would need something else to watch when I have insomnia
  5. Sports Illustrated Mock 4.0 just came out. thoughts? 9. Buffalo Bills (6-10): Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina. I’ll throw out two names here: Ebron and Mike Evans. The biggest variable they have in common? Size. Ebron runs 6-foot-4, 245 pounds; Evans 6-5, 225. If the Bills look to bolster their offense here, they will want to find a tall, red-zone target to complement a relatively average-sized group. After seeing potential in both Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin, a second- and third-round pick, respectively, in 2013, rounding out the offense with the dangerous Ebron fits.
  6. I COMPLETELY AGREE! Can't stand listening to them - Same topic each and every day. Buffalo is a sophistacated football market and there is a lot more to talk about then just the QB. Schoop shouldn't cover football at all. Sal should be moved from 7pm to post game. How can our voices be heard and have WGR make a change??
  7. You miss the point. The point is so what if they win yesterday as you can't exepect them to win any of their remaining road games if you cant beat a 2-9 team in a neutral site.
  8. STOP blaming the stadium for the loss. Yes, I agree if the game is played at the Ralph the Bills probably win but the reality is you have to beat a 2-9 team no matter where the game is played. Place the blame where it should be, lost fumbles and letting one of the worst Running teams in the league pound you for 151 yds on the ground. If you can't beat the Falcons in Toronto how can you expect to win in TB, Jax and NE?? THis team is not good enough - bottom line. Hopefully with 1 more succesful draft next year will be different.
  9. I'll start off by saying I'm a season ticket holder who lives much closer to Toronto then Buffalo and I completely agree that this series must go. The Ralph is a HUGE advantage for the Bills and in a league where they only play 16 games you need every advantage you can get. That being said, let`s get one thing straight - no matter where you play a 2 - 9 team, be it The Ralph, Georgia Dome, Rogers centre or in my backyard YOU HAVE TO BEAT THEM! Dont blame the stadium or the crowd for the loss, it clearly falls at the feet of the missed plays on Defence and the lost fumbles. Rich
  10. I HATE when people bring up 2011 and the run of QBs (Gabbert, Locker and Ponder) and say this is the reason the Bills should draft a qb at #8!!! I think its proof that the Bills should NOT reach and take a qb at 8.
  11. I was thinking Crabtree on the 49ers, surprised he is only 6'1, seems to play larger. Id still argue he is a guy you can throw it to even when covered and expect him to make the catch. You're right, Rice is no AJ Green. But I'd take him anyday over the week over Donald Jones. I LOVE Stevie, think he's among the best route runners in the league but not a guy i'd say you can just throw it up to and expect him to out jump a defender I will say, that I think improving the Defence is still the top priority for this team. Prior to Monday I thought I wanted the Bills to drat Te'o. His stock obviously plummetted but then I thought a guy who's team gives up 100+ yards to two running backs in the same game may just feel at home with the Bills!
  12. What did Russel Wilson, Colin Kaepernick and Andy Daulton have in common that made them Round 2 or later picks buts still succesful in the League?? I can come up with 2 things: 1) A top rated defence 2) A big receiver that they can throw the ball up to, no matter the situation and feel confident they will come down with the ball. The Bills have neither of these two things. If the Bills had drafted and played any of those guys, I'm saying that we would be in the exact same situation looking for our next franchsie QB because they would have FAILED! you can't expect a rookie to have to score 30 points a game to win. PLEASE draft a LB with the #8 pick!! I'll even be happy with Milliner but don't take a reach for a QB unless your 100% sure. -
  13. You want the next Wilson, Kaepernick or Dalton (who isn't a can't miss prospect like Luck) to be sucessful and not turn into the next Colt McCoy or Blaine Gabbert??? If so, give him a top 5 to 7 Defence to work with. There is no chance in Hell that a rookie survives having to score 28 points or more in order to win. Please don't draft a qb with the #1 pick. We need Versatile LB's who fit the new attacking Defence we will be seeing next year. There will be plenty of qb option later in rd #1 or even 2nd or 3rd round
