On J6 what we know happened also includes the following:
There was a guy who rolled up all the temporary restricted area fencing around the Capitol that day. This was the line, once crossed, the DOJ used to prosecute J6ers. Yes, even some who never entered the Capitol.
This guy was never identified, much less arrested.
There were several people who constructed the infamous Capitol gallows in the early AM hours of J6. Doing this without a permit isn't allowed of course. One of them returned later in the morning to hang the noose in place. Yet the structure remained in place from the pre-dawn hours until to riot began. Weird.
Again, these people have never been identified. Not so much as a fine for placing it on Capitol grounds without a permit.
Jacob Chansley, the infamous Buffalo hat guy, who had his face plastered over reliable media everywhere in the days after J6, we were later to find out was escorted peacefully throughout the Capitol by CHP on J6. Including his own personal CHP escort INTO the Senate chamber. Yes, there's video. Weird.
Scaffold commander. Perched on top of scaffolding in front of the Capitol on J6, this guy encouraged everyone, over an non stop megaphone, to move forward, then to fill up the Capitol once the first people got in.
You'll also be surprised to learn this guy has also never been identified or charged. Weird.
This guy. Wearing an earpiece and breaking a window at the Capitol. Again, never identified, charged or put on the FBI wanted list. Why not, when every selfie taking grandma who stayed between the velvet ropes was hunted down? Weird.
