why would he be a bad head coach? even if he is not the best defensive coordinator in football,it dosnt mean he will be running the defense.it means he will be telling his defensive coordinator what type of defense he wants to run.we need a hard worker who wants to also teach this team how to win.

i'll swap coordinators with pittsburgh right now,they can have mike back and we will take their offensive coordinator
