DL: JJ Watt (Can change a game as we saw) LB: Luke Kuechly (Tough guy; 4 down LB; Drops are amazing as is his run stuffing) DB: Patrick Peterson (ball recognition, speed, like on O guy on D) OL: Tyron Smith (love the entire Cowboys OL) TE: Gronk (Dominates; A mismatch no matter who tries to cover him) WR: AJ Green (Smooth -- has the Jerry Rice extra gear -- can outrun anyone who tries to cover him) RB: Jamal Charles (The ultimate home run threat) QB: Russell Wilson (Goes back to seeing him at NC State--just has the It factor and no play is ever dead) -
The first 4 have all delivered belly laughs.....A very welcome return....

I strongly believe that this would have been part of the interview process before Kromer's arrest. But you raise a good point. I already stated that if there was immediate threat to family or Kromer himself--like one of the kids threatening them with a fishing knife that paints the situation in a different light. However, if this was true why have there not been counter complaints and charges? It seems like Kromer would be extremely motivated to get that story out in the 20 or so hours that have passed. When there was nothing counter by about 4 PM today -- I made my conclusion...too soon for some I guess. I could never count past 0......people just keep bringing up provocative stuff. Sorry....I plead guilty to being over officious... -

One last post...this is what I love about TSW and TBD...honest, heated debate without the snide personal attacks. Bottom line -- I hate that the Bills are being trashed today and a small part of me feels bad for Aaron Kromer. Double bottom line--I have lots of love for this forum and the posters! Go Bills! With or without Aaron Kromer -- I think this is going to be a very special year. -

Okay--this is it for me on this thread. I don't care about the final resolution of the facts. The guy put himself in a situation where the end result has already reflected badly on his employer. He has likely violated his employment agreement which has "behavior unbecoming" as a standard not "conviction". Seven months ago this employee embarassed another employer in the same association by trying to cover up and lying about inappropriate comments about one of the organization's employees to the media. Said employee would be now terminated if he worked for a company I ran. Don't confuse the legal standard with the employment standard and don't give this idiot the benefit of the doubt. This is the fricking first headline on ESPN.com right now: Bills assistant arrested for allegedly punching boy I don't want to be the Cowboys, Patriots, Vikings..behavior unbecoming... -

Yes a pattern....http://www.dailynews724.com/sports/aaron-kromer-makes-emotional-apology-to-offense-for-remarks-on-jay-cutler-h335057.html He got caught in a lie..and then was publicly embarassed 7 months ago... And in Rice's case the initial response ended up being too soft...the league and the Bills won't and shouldn't make that mistake again. -

You mean the NFL doesn't wait for both sides of the story before taking an action...where's my !@#$ing copy of the constitution... -

I have the only item that has been officially filed with a law enforcement agency...that's enough for a lot of employers for a guy with a pattern. I am not going to force anyone to type anymore -- I am done with this. I just hope Rex and the Pegula's take swift action if when they are satisfied they have the facts which I strongly believe are not going to paint Kromer in a positive light. -

Do you and Peter agree that if he punched a sixteen year old over a beach chair -- without any threat of physical harm to he and his son--he should be fired? -

Come on John....you are the first to talk about being a man's man and owning up to stuff Going behind his QB's back to a reporter to diss him...that doesn't piss you off. In my mind his rope is shorter than Icognito's...don't violate your principles to defend your position. -

You are blind on this one Peter--the arrest report says this...in this neighborhood parents and kids filing a false arrest report is highly, highly unlikely. I will be the first to admit I am wrong here--but Kromer's pattern of behavior is that of an ass -- he's already had to admit to one err in judgement recently so the pattern is there to make this situation. At least this time he was out front in his confrontation instead of calling the NFLcom reporter behind Culter's back. He'd be gone already....and he may be gone already... -

The guy entered into some kind of confrontation with 16 year olds over beach chairs...get real...that's enough for me as his employer to take action. This isn't just about the law, its about his judgement and representing the Bills as a high profile employee. I could give a **** about the law at this point. The guy's an idiot. -

A lot of folks are painting a situation where he is innocent..or waiting for his side of the story. Kromer either lawyered up or told his side of the story to the arresting officer. The arresting officer decided to arrest a 48 year old white professional. This isn't fricking Rodney King. Kromer would get every benefit of the doubt from the cops. A wealthy homeowner in an exclusive beach community. They saw enough to arrest him even when the protocol would likely say not to. See this for what it is. The same coach who 7 months ago threw his QB under the bus as an Offensive Coordinator made a really bad decision, no matter what the "true" strory, with a bunch of make teenagers. He had other logical choices -- like calling the cops himself but he chose to verbally confront the 16 year olds and likely did get physical. Take the Bills colored glasses off and face what is likely someone affiliated with the Bills breaking the law, acting like an ass and establishing what is now a pattern of behavior where he shows his ass. Not someone I want affiliated with the Bills. -

16 is not a little kid..at a beach vacation home being out at 1 AM near your house is not a crime. Punching a smart mouth kid over a beach chair is a crime whether it happens at 1 PM or 1 AM. Don't care what the kid said...take a breath, realize who you are, the job you have, who you represent and walk away. This bit of bad judgement should cost him his job if Rex, Roman, Terry and Kim are building this team in the right way. Many of us on this board have faced the situation. A drunk teen basically ran over my wife at a MLB baseball game last summer. I could have beaten the living **** out of him and every bone in my body wanted to....but I found a cop and they took care of it. Kromer made a really bad choice taking it into his own hands when there was no immediate threat and many sane alternatives. Don't want him affiliated with the Bills if this is the way he reacts in situations. Don't really care what anyone else thinks on this one. -

http://bills.buffalonews.com/2015/07/11/treatment-helps-darryl-talley-to-bounce-back/ 1st in a series of Buffalo News stories by Janine Talley. Frank -- thanks again for taking action. You made a difference in the life of one of our favorite franchise's greatest players. The Pegula's appear to be much more than big money owners, they are a family that understands Western New York and want to lift an entire community out of a 45 year funk.

Two suggestions: 1) Get Dareus or Hughes to drive you on their way to the stadium 2) Get a slap on siren like the guys on Dragnet used to have

Bills you no longer like after meeting them in person

Matt, here is a couple year old USA Today story on the leg... Side note, we'd work out together on Fridays and Saturdays (he made sure the Disney sports complex had an amazing weight/cardio room) -- he and former Stanford Track Coach Brooks Johnson would kick my ass -- I could only take two days a week with them. I had to go back to my wussy workouts the rest of the week. http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/bengals/2013/08/25/reggie-williams-cincinnati/2697069/
