  1. The Pats would just plug in another guy and not miss a beat, a la Cassell.
  2. I am not even going to watch the upcoming game. It's all WWF. I will enjoy reading about it afterwards and discussing it here on Tuesday. It is a given that there will be some highly egregious, pivitol calls/non-calls which will favor the Pats.*
  3. That's awful. Doug has had a lot of highs and lows throughout his life.
  4. Ernie Adams is the genius behind Belichick and the Pats'* success.
  5. He's solid, but I wouldn't break the bank to sign him. His yards after the catch are paltry. Oth, he may get better with more experience.
  6. Marrone and Rex were 1-1 against each other last season. I think our offense this year is so much better than what Hackett put out there last season. Last year's defense was better than this season's defense, but the offense has improved so much that they could beat last year's D. For example, the Jets' D is ranked highly, but we just beat them.
  7. Wouldn't it be nice to win. Can you imagine the excitement this fall?
  8. Man, Spiller had another bad game yesterday. At least he got a few more carries, though. Must be all those run plays up the middle took away his edge or something. He is also now returning kicks. Lol.
  9. Rex has already said that he is going to be in Syracuse to watch his son play tomorrow. Hopefully, he gets back to work soon.
  10. I don't think Jets fans realize how terrible Fitz is yet. A lot of them are sticking up for him over on that gangreen site.
  11. What a typical Fitztragic ending. Fitz can play fairly decent all game, and then he gets highly nervous at the end of close games or something. It's like his high IQ brain scrambles with anxiety at critical times when he needs to make quick decisions. Instead of making an intelligent play, he ends up making the most boneheaded throws that only retards would make.
  12. So, how many sacks will Mario and the gang get on Fitz tonight?
  13. Yup. He is averaging a paltry 2.6 yards after catch. His career average is 3.1. That is hardly second round quality right there. Oth, Goodwin for all his speed, has a career average of 2.8 yards after the catch. Horrible, just horrible draft picks.
  14. Maybe he just needs to go easy on the roads before the game. Roids
  15. I remember Marrone tried to light a fire under his butt in training camp. Woods probably has decent, above average talent, but doesn't put in enough effort.
  16. Agreed. The guy who we traded for him didn't do much at all in the game yesterday. Thank goodness we got rid of him.
  17. CJ Spiller only played 6 snaps yesterday. He has 22 attempts for 86 yards on the season. Genius Sean Peyton isn't just failing to get him into space, he is failing at getting him onto the field. Weird, just weird.
  18. Didn't he become a sack artist in Rex's defense? Maybe they can bring him in for a look. He might be able to show Mario and the lads a thing or two. Jk jk.
  19. I think he is having a nice season. I wish he wasn't so aggressive after the play ends sometimes. Also, there were a couple instances where he was robbed of a sack due to a penalty on a play. I think he fits in with Rex's defense, much like he did under Pettine's defense. With Hughes, you take the good with the bad. The good is really good, and the bad can be easily fixed.
  20. Sammy is not a smart dude. There was some concern about this prior to the draft, and it was rumored that his agent wouldn't allow him to take the Wonderlic. Sammy showed how stupid he is not just by lashing out at fans, but also by his choice of "words" / poor usage of the English language. The coaches likely have their hands full with this guy, and Eugene Parker will not have much trouble getting him to leave Buffalo once his contract expires. Whaley shouldn't have given up the farm to draft him.
  21. I wish we had just kept Stevie Johnson and Kamar Aiken. Whaley must be an idiot when it comes to judging WR's.
  22. The last good WR the Bills had was Lee Evans. The last great wideout was Eric Molds and that was like over a decade ago. The Bills have had extremely poor WR talent for many many years now.
