  1. 4-0 in the division as of now. Lot to work on but we are in the driver's seat.
  2. Zimmer has a knack for the ball.
  3. I am so frustrated with this team but hey we got the win
  4. You may be right, but Arians is also a proven coach who sets the culture. The difference may be that Bucs roster is loaded, especially in comparing offenses. It also helps when your QB is a leader like Tom. Cam has always struggled with adversity. Gonna have to see how it plays out.
  5. I agree 100% Except we definitely looked passed the Jets and that's why we let our kicker score all of the poitnts today.
  6. Cam looked like he did last year before he got surgery. I hope he is OK and didn't come back too soon. That said, the Patriots are absolutely the worst they have been in a long, long time, and I don't think it is entirely because of Brady leaving.
  7. Indeed. It is the same as QB purgatory a la Matthew Stafford where it can cripple you for up to a decade but you are still resectable. This is supposed to be the year where we emerge as the real deal. We have shown flashes but we're still working out some kinks. And that's OK. As far as I'm concered, we still look like a much better team than last year even if we have some WTF moments. The second half is far more important.
  8. Think the Broncos had the biggest spread ever over the Jaguars a few years back, something like 28 points. The Jags covered but it was still a big loss.
  9. I do agree that we need to see some playoff wins. If we win the division and lose straight away we are veering too close to Marvin Lewis territory.
  10. Hang on. We already have The Wizard on these boards. Who is this guys "Wizard" who thinks he can come in here and start posting about signature wins and think that it's OK? Side note, the signature win thing has been disccused many times over and I get it, but as far as I'm concerned you can count the Miami win and the Rams win as signature. They were hard fought battles that our QB pulled out in the end. If those aren't signature wins, I don't know or care what the term means.
  11. I had the pleasure of watching Lockett live at a preseason game in his rookie year. I could tell he had the potential to be something special. He has grown very nicely alongside Russ. Now, with DK on the other side, he is always a threat to post like he did tonight.
  12. Only one response to this thread:
  13. He did make some nice throws early but he is probably more erratic than Josh ever was.
  14. Spoke too soon there Jer
  15. Division games are always important, the Jets D played with pride. I am not worried about this team continuing to tighten it up especially considering some of the injuries we have had. Think we will see Moss get involved more next week and hopefully the offense gets rumbling again.
  16. WTF we let darnold convert 3rd and 20!?
  17. I really hope that was the best the Jets have.
  18. oh man that one was BRUTAL.
  19. You’re probably right. It does save us money next year too and if the plan is now Ford at LG Mongo at RG we don’t need Spain and Winters. Spain has the least versatility on the line after all. This benching thing McD is doing is a little unconventional. Hope it works for Murphy and Harry.
  20. Ha, not to mention his play time on the Eagles is because their top two guys are injured.
  21. Has he sucked more than the others though? I think they really want Feliciano on the line and so Ford has to play LG. Cutting Spain saves money then, but it is just an odd turn of events.
  22. The continuity on our OL was supposed to be a big factor for us this season and while Mongo injury necessitated some maneuvering in the short term I’m so puzzled by what they have been doing at the guard spots.
