    With Sammy's ineptitude getting all the attention, some of us failed to notice that Dareus and Hughes both tallied NO sacks last week. I think we can chalk the first 7 weeks up as a fluke and finally their lazy, miscreant, true selves are showing up.

    That one was Vick, but yeah, it looks like the number starts with 2 and we know it isn't Searcy. Either way, that's a good creative pressure play by Schwartz!

    Was just going to post this! Interesting analysis. We definitely get a bump thanks to that Jets game, but even without it we'd be in the top 5. The +20 is a fairly healthy lead on teams 3-32. I agree. Thanks, Sammy! I like the phrase "toxic differential," as I think turnovers and explosive plays carry the biggest momentum swings.

    Oh, gotcha. I thought they were using him more for teams because Graham was getting more time at DB. I guess we'll see what the plan is when we find out who gets the spot.

    Ladler only played ST for us since joining the 53-man roster. Easley is coming back, and I assume Ty Powell as well.

    We take care of business these next 4 games, we will be a top 10 team. Lots of parity right now and I can see why we aren't moving into the top half yet.

    Division record comes first for wild card spots within the division. Then conference. Pittsburgh's conference record is better than Baltimore's and ours, but Baltimore beat Pittsburgh and therefore have the tiebreaker currently, but then we have the tiebreaker over Baltimore which at this point I believe is strength of victory.
