    Too bad. He didn’t do a great job with all those first round picks, but he did find some gems later in the draft. Hope this doesn’t stop other teams from hiring television personalities to manage their franchise though.

    On another note, Hurts relies way too much on his tight end. He’d make a great backup in Baltimore. I’m rooting for him though, seems like a good kid and I loved seeing him step in for Tua and win that game after getting replaced.
