  1. http://www.sabresreport.com I have. I went to the canadian grand prix in 2002... I've been to a lot of sporting events, but that has to take the cake... It was an "event". However, i haven't seen a race this year.
  2. Remember in the Bible when Jesus turned water into wine? Well, Jason Peters turned that wine into beer.
  3. As i was watching ryan miller's giant heart tonight, it reminded me that the tin man Mike Williams plays for the jaguars. I'm glad he doesn't play for the bills anymore!
  4. Ok first of all, the senators are not better than the sabres. If miller hadn't gotten hurt in the morning skate before the first ottawa game in november, we wouldn't have been beaten 15 to negative 8. That would have given us the division title. The senators have that giant chara, who's a decent defender, but lets see what happens when he gets off his game. The sabres are equal to the senators in wins, talent level, and ability. Right now we have the edge in heart too... Don't forget the 1999 eastern conference quarterfinals. The senators were supposed to blow the sabres off the ice. Hasek (or in this case, roy/connolly/drury) stole game 1, and the series was over then. We eventually swept them, with unknown mike peca holding the media annointed tedy bruschi idol, alexi yashin to zero points. This is the playoffs... not some video game, not some sports writer making picks, not a friggin monkey. We also have the X factor... Lindy ruff, the best playoff coach in sabres history, and best one still in the current playoffs. Miller>Emery Oh yeah, and for advice, go to http://www.sabresreport.com and register to talk hockey over there!
  5. staffannouncer.com is awesome. i was just there this morning listening to the haseoke section... If you get a chance, find the marty biron talks to hasek link. he discusses in july 01 how traininng camp was to open on september 11, 2001... very eerie. But yeah, i love that website.
  6. As mentioned above, fix-a-flat works great depending on your situation. If you have a small puncture (less than or equal to a roofing nail) and its not in the sidewall, a can will be fine. It's a temporary fix though, if you have a hole in your tire, use the can to get you to your next paycheck. Also, don't forget to tell the mechanic for the aformentioned residue. I have a can in my wife's tire. it had a slow leak (lose about 10psi over a month's period, just enough to set off the dashboard indicator). I put that stuff in about 6 months ago and its held the same psi as the day i put it in... just checked yesterday in fact. My problem is ok to go for the long haul, but if you do have a nail, i'd get it taken care of ASAP. In short, yes, fix a flat is a great $4.00 investment if you have a flat tire.
  7. I agree. he was a total badass in the movie. and in case you don't know, PSH is from fairport... according to IMDB, his mother is a judge in rochester. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000450/
  8. i saw it yesterday and i hate to say it (due to tom's wacked view on reality) but it was a great movie. I honestly don't remember the first two movies, however my wife claims this was the best one of the 3... its a good action flick. that guy philip seymore hoffman is a great villian... wish he'd be in a bond movie soon.

  15. to me, that was the excitement. It was pretty cool when berman had an inside source on one team, our team. I used to love knowing who the bills were taking moments before the pick was announced.
