    This. A downtown stadium requires so much more than just building a stadium, and in this political setting? Forget about it. Are Heinz and Lambeau so much better than the Ralph where the things listed above wouldn't bring us up to par? (This is a real question, because I have never been there.)

    It happened a week and a half before I was born. Every time I see it on TV it hurts for some reason. And I wasn't even around for it. Maybe because it became a symbol of this teams futile history.

    not for nothing, but I can't remember the last time I was watching highlight videos on YouTube and noticed a bunch of heterosexuality on the field... It's ironic how you say this wasn't courageous at all, because you are obviously afraid of it.

    The real problem is the cost of these stadiums. Why the hell do we need these insane monuments to excess? Its a football stadium, not a night club.

    I can't imagine this type of thing flying in Buffalo. So seats without club access carry a PSL of just under two grand? I could pay for almost five years of season tickets where I sit at the Ralph. And that's before they evenvpay for the tickets themselves. In this town you could probably sit with Ralph himself for that much money.

    I'm just saying, during the peak of his career, he had to split receptions with another HOFer. In my opinion, it makes the feat that much crazier.
