  1. Perhaps the merge would irritate him even more.
  2. Yes. Religion is a major excuse for, and cause of, bigotry.
  3. ??? Byrd wasn't the #1 pick.
  4. But several have made it after being traded, not seeing the field for years, etc. Your argument is completely semantic. There are several QB who failed/had the team that drafted them give up on them...THAT'S the real issue here. You are trying to turn circumstances into an argument that he played and failed. The only FAIL here is your weak argument. And simply because someone hasn't done something to date, doesn't make that thing un-doable. If Brohm succeeds will your argument deteriorate to "the only QB that was drafted in the 1st 10 picks of the 2nd round, that was cut...". It's really all nonsense. You have yet to even attempt to explain why GB tried to sign him after the Bills made their offer.
  5. Fearless Leader, you don't need no stinking graphic artist. They both look great, IMO.
  6. I love Polish women, do I get a pass?
  7. I can laugh while outraged. I think it's shameful that our servicemen find it necessary to act like stupid, drunken, homophobic frat-boys, but it's still funny.
  8. I feel bad for the guy, but let's face it, that's a funny story. Classic stuff right there.
  9. I think I just found the answer. According to the all-knowing Wikipedia, Hayward replaced Taylor in Sept, 1966. So unless this song was recorded a bit earlier, it would he Hayward. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lowell_George
  10. Is Richie on that really old Factory tune? Wasn't Dallas Taylor the drummer before Hayward?
  11. Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich
  12. What? You never heard of acupuncture?
  13. That's the kind of me-first, potty mouth post that thread could do without. It's nice in this thread, though.
  14. Why would a team w/o a QB need more/better WRs?
  15. While I expect the OL to be a problem for the Bills this year, it should be mentioned THREE starting linemen were out for the last game. Just sayin'...
  16. Pretty much what I recall Caine saying many years ago. When he is done with one job he expects to start another and it's his manager's job to keep him employed.
  17. Do you have a link to that quote? Even if he really said that I'm sure you know that isn't the way he meant it. If he did, he would have a hard time justifying keeping Trent on the roster even one more day. But I have to admit it's a very humorous quote. I'm hoping it is real.
  18. Your most impressive posts in the thread, were those declaring me the winner. I applaud your sense of fair play!
  19. Some actors (Michael Caine comes to mind) simply like to keep busy.
  20. I would have guessed Duane Paddock. He's very close to Kelly.
  21. Richie was a founding member of the USA's premier genre crossing group of the 1970's. Often overlooked in the discussion of great drummers, Hayward could really play and helped shape the Feat's unique style. Here's to Richie and one for Lowell: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmG8sdaeCYk (bad recording) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMEkR3YRUnQ...feature=related
