I should hate that show. It is responsible for launching several "scream at each other" shows and segments. But I have to admit, when Kornheiser and Wilbon are on, I find it fairly entertaining and compelling. But it just doesn't work with any two jamokes screaming at each other.

Since I regularly use my wheel button to go to a new tab, and have my browser configured to go to that tab immediately, I have no issue with how links work now. It won't be a problem for me. (I actually usually middle clicked links in this forum even though I didn't have to. Reflex, I guess.) But one of the things I have noticed from conducting website usability research, and from dealing with basic computer using clients, is most don't know this. When they click on a link and it takes their tab away from the current page, they often get frustrated. Many don't immediately return to the original site/page. It still can frustrate low-level users when a new window or tab launches, but that seems to be a very minor concern, as most have figured that out. I think Fearless Leader is correct when he says "that's the way the web is going" as more and more people figure out the options they have with their mice and browser settings. But, IMO, the masses haven't caught up quite yet.

Savior? Who is asking him to be a savior? As far as I can tell, most are asking him to be better than Fitz and/or Trent. The fact that he may not be as good (now or ever) than Flynn is quite irrelevant in the discussion.

I started posting my response before I saw people were having problems inserting images. Sorry. I just meant Scott's image was working. As for being able to insert images in this forum, I have always been steadfastly against that option (so I didn't even try to do it, as I didn't know we regular peons had that ability). But I have to say, if the previews are small (like the one in this thread) it's a pretty nice option. I just hope it doesn't get overused by the mooks.

Have you seen other boards completely cluttered with useless images. They take for ever to load and navigate through. Now, I don't mind the small preview image that Fearless Leader seems to be incorporating. But I'm sure you, and those of your ilk, will find ways to totally overuse this option and make me regret my approval.

Or, if your mouse is set up this way, click the wheel as if it were a mouse button and it will automatically launch to a new tab. The problem as I see it is, most people don't have their browsers configured to automatically go to the newly opened thread (I do, of course...harrumph!)

I don't have permission to view this attachment? This link launches in the current tab. I think all links, even TSW threads, used to launch in a new tab. For what it's worth, I like the new tab better.

Well, they've always been at the top, but they are much easier to notice now.

I hate it! It's horrible! I can't find anything! Nothing Works! This post isn't going to be here when the upgrade is done, right? Actually, it looks pretty good considering it is a rather dramatic change for this old man. But it usually takes a day or so for me to get used to the new look, when a change is made. I noticed there is the skin I'm was presented with this morning(Two Bills Drive 3.1), IP Board and IP Mobile. Wasn't there another option on the old board, that was a little plainer? Thanks for keeping up the best and cleanest Bills board on the planet, Fearless Leader.

If it occurs over time, in similar conditions I too would worry. Based on these two games, that doesn't concern me too much...at least at this time.

So, you think it has noting to do with Brohm playing with a lead and Fitz playing at a time they were desperate to score? And I don't recall Fitz having a lot of time with a WR who totally missed camp.

He was throwing to Rhea, a guy they picked up about four days ago, who clearly didn't know the plays. To think a 3rd string QB stats in preseason are relevant a year later seems quite odd to me.

Honestly, it isn't worth much. That and a dollar can get you a cup of coffee in some towns. His regular season numbers pale compared to Trent.

If you are the coach or GM you have to ask "Do I see the light at the end of the tunnel? Is there an upside here that is realistic?" I assume Buddy and Chan ask these things of all under-performing players on a regular basis. The guy has big speed, seemingly a great work ethic and he's VERY young (the 2nd youngest player on the team, I think). While he didn't light it up in the first game, he showed plenty of speed and stick-to-itiveness. On Thursday he didn't show much at all in his limited time with the scrubs. Maybe they have already made their decision and he isn't in their plans. Or maybe they have decided he is going to be a situational player this year. Calling him names, questioning his character, etc are simply stupid reactions from fans who didn't like him as the draft pick, it seems.

After three regular seasons in the NFL, Trent has thrown for 24 TDs and 25 INTs. After his first three seasons in the NFL, Tony Romo threw for ZERO TDs and ZERO yards, for that matter. Therefore, using your crack (pipe) logic, Trent must be a FAR better QB than Romo. This is extraordinarily stupid logic even for you. And that is saying quite a bit. Brohm has had limited playing time and limited practice time, to boot. I'm thinking we let him play a little and see how he looks.

I guess it's universal.
