    Doesn't matter. We never could have expected this much from the offense at the beginning of the year. This is far and away the best offense Rex has ever had and he's been 1 game away from the Super Bowl twice Meanwhile this has been his worst defense by far in his career and it's not for lack of talent as we were top 3 last year. HUGE LETDOWN

    Jim was a great leader. I'd like to see Tyrod step up and claim a leadership position with the team. Get a public speaking coach. Tyrod is quietly having a good year but I'd like to see him do it not so quietly. It's his team now. We need more leadership on this team and the players need to hold each other accountable

    with a halfway decent defense we are in the playoffs given how unexpectedly well our offense has played at times. we are better than the Chiefs and Jets and yet we were out of the mix the last month of the season. just think if we had a top 10 defense! i'd put us on par with Denver and Cinci at that point. our expectations were where they should be and we underperformed

    why is Vic the Bills "beat writer?" he is so out of touch. put him behind a desk somewhere and leave the reporting to the young guys. this is going to be very expensive for El Pegual if Whaley and Rex are on multi year deals and we regress again next year and they are fired

    We could have. Roman interviewed for our head coaching job and would have most likely retained Schwartz who was already under contract. We would be in the playoffs right now

    That's nice but he ain't playing for free or giving any discounts. He's going to want to be paid like a top Guard, which he is, but how many other teams are going to want to give that much money to a 33 yr old with a past? He's not going to get as much as he wants and could hit free agency
