No one. We didn't have competent depth at the position. Much different than 3 competent QB's. One of which is injury prone and the other is a runner.
This keeps happening to Doug. Second season in a row with no vet back-up. I guess he couldn't be expected to think glass-Kolb wouldn't last, right? How could anyone have known that he might get hurt? I mean, if Goodwin broke his ribs next week, would we say, "how was Whaley supposed to know that Goodwin might get hurt, you can't plan for that!"
