  1. Malarkey. You can't on one hand sit there and say that everyone dazzled by the Trump show is a moron and that you're above his antics, and on the other say he's the reason that no one, including yourself, is talking about the other GOPers. If you prefer Governor's from large states, who is your candidate of choice? Or are you waiting for a savior to jump in?
  2. Sullyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
  3. Well, using this thread as an indictment, I haven't read too many folks presenting cases for any other viable candidate. You want to say Trump is the worst, and sucks, fine. But the last 10 pages of the "GOP" thread have been exactly about one single person. I haven't read a case in 3 weeks for any other GOP candidate. It's anti-Hilary, anti-Bernie, anti-Trump over and over and over. If one of these "alternatives" can't even be presented in this topic, what does that say about them? That they're great candidates for election?
  4. I'm confused. I thought Rex was attempting to run hybrid Schwartz's schemes for the earlier part of the season, which to my knowledge, doesn't involve 0 tech DT's. But he was doing less after the bye?
  5. If we're good enough to get to 8-0 with TT, we can at worst go 3-5 with EeeeeeeeeeeeeeeJ. Playoffs is a first round exit guaranteed though. EJ blew a Jags game out of proportion and melted down. So I don't know why you think he'd be cool and collected like Brady in the postseason.
  6. With talk like that, you should vote Trump.
  7. Because if your D-line is weak and can't occupy, your LB's get blown out of the play.
  8. Which is why Kyle is donezo, IMO.
  9. Just to save us some time. Obfuscation.
  10. Burr is the best I saw some interview that said he opens with a "shocking" bit to lose the crowd, then tries to bring them back by the end. He said he's seeing how far he can go before he can lose them for good as a challenge. That's how good he is. Handicapping himself as a challenge.
  11. Obligatory. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5ZKz2uk17M
  12. Personally, I think it was a little of both. It's not as compelling if it's some DB instead of a decent.guy. Rest assured, I think the NHL is squashing the fan vote, so we won't have to worry about it.
  13. I don't think that's a possibility anymore.
  14. You can always take your ball and go home. I wouldn't blame ya.
  15. When the difference between candidates is a guy beholden to only himself vs. one beholden to special interests, who do you take?
  16. They wouldn't be voted in if they were a true asshat. That's the point.
  17. The key difference is who is Trump in the pocket of?
  18. Ask and... http://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/rec_yds_career.htm 27. Calvin Johnson (30) 11,619 2007-2015 det 300 yards less than Michael Irvin, who played 11 years. Definitely won't be first ballot. Way too many more deserving guys ahead of him. http://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/rec_td_career.htm
  19. Carr is surprising.
  20. Julio, Green, maybe Hopkins.
  21. Won the MVP. Scored two goals. Close enough to deserving to be there. No one had a similar story to Scott. Scott, the guy who the NHL tried to torpedo by forcing teams to trade and demote him. Scott, the guy who received immense pressure from the NHL trying to get him to turn it down. Scott, the guy who had to hear from the NHL if his kids would be proud of him. No one deserved it more. He wasn't on the shoulders of his teammates, and consulted by virtually every NHL player he knows to go, because he didn't deserve it.
  22. How much of a racist do you have to be to understand that? I don't even get it.
  23. And a good D. Can't afford all that.
  24. You're the one who brought up fan support. Not me. The players don't have anything to do with the move either, you know.
