  1. I don't care about any of this stuff until the real bullits start flying in the regular season. Its all bs until then. Overspeculation, overanlyzing, overboard. Seen too many preseasons in which I thought,"Man the Bills are going to kick a$$ this season" and they fall flat. Or "$hit, Bledsoe looks awsome, our season is going to be fantastic" I'll wait for the season before I get upset or happy about the Bills.
  2. It's certainly unique. I happen to like it but I can understand why others may not. I like futuristic stuff like that
  3. C'mon now. Obviously even a $hithole like Detroit is better than being knee deep in polluted swill. Jesus
  4. Obviously the initial post is tongue in cheek. Relax
  5. I saw this morning on the NFL network that it is going to be a part of thier "No Huddle" montage of NFL pre season games.
  6. It's not. Motown is the most depressing city Ive ever had the misfortune of being in. Even N.O, in it's current disrepair, at least has the hope of a rebuild and possible improvments down the road. Detroit? It's just dead and buried long ago.
  7. Laughed just now watching on CNN some political hack trying to ride the wave(no pun intended) and make some political ground buy offering housing to 500 N.Orleans families. No offence but no matter how bad it gets in N.O Detroit is no sanctuary. I think Id take the Astrodome.
  8. It's not like Bledsoe didnt have decent games when he was here. He did. Problem is when things got just a little tough, against teams that were average or better, he crumbled. I really could'nt give a **** about pre season on any level except for guaging rookies performance and so on. It's not live bullits. Not real defences. When the real season starts against real teams, Bledsoe will be Bledsoe. That is he will be less than average for yet another season. Especially on Dallas because their offence is even worse than the Bills
  9. Exactly what I was thinking when I was reading it. Always easy to spend someone elses money.
  10. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/ Click on "Images" for slide show. I know alot have been posted already but these ones are particularly bad.
  11. The lack of size on both sides of the line seems to be the Bills curse. Even in the Super Bowl years our line was,nt big enough to beat the larger lines of the NFC. Whats frustrating is that the Bills simply do not learn from previous failures.
  12. We knew the offence was going to stumble initially. No surprise at all. The best we can hope for is gradual improvement as the season progresses. I think that during the off season fans excitement and anticipation of the upcoming campaign gets the better of them. Their expectations evolve to a unrealistic level. JP is basically a rookie qb and it is going to take time. A season and maybe more.
  13. As much as I like Willis and his terrific potential I dont think he is anywhere near LT at this moment. IMHO Tomilinson is the running back in the NFL right now. Not saying Willis couldnt be there in the future but right now he isnt in LT's league.
  14. LT from the Chargers. Trade Magehee for a decent left side O Lineman.
  15. Well, if defensive secondarys start doubling Evans this year we will have an answer.
  16. Id never trade Heatley for Hossa. But then again, I am biased against the euro players.
  17. hahaha...to do what? Vacation?
  18. I would love to go. Already going to the Raider game though. Don't know if I can get this one cleared by the wife!!!!
  19. Man I dont think he looked good at all. His TD pass amounted to a glorified pitch out. He should have had one picked off and he looked his old self as he held the ball too long and got sacked. Guy's a slug but I have to admit I do like seeing him on my least favorite team, the Cowboys. They deserve each other.
  20. Yes. It doesnt matter but as I watch the game( Drew getting sacked while I type this) it's reassuring to see he still sucks ass and Bills management made the correct move.
  21. I have Jim Rome streaming but you have to subscribe $6 a month. Listen at work(like now) and sometimes on the weekend at home. Have archived shows as well. http://www.jimrome.com/home.html
  22. Well, it is Favre and GB still has a pretty high powered offence. Not panicking because they scored on us first drive.
  23. Yeah Thiesman and Maquire are good examples of loud mouth obnoxious blowhards who are stupid enough to think they are smart. I actually got annoyed with the network several years ago when it seemed everything they said had to be funny or some sort of smart ass quip. Network is just plain boring and tired.
  24. Hit the nail on teh head. I think they are pretty fair in thier assessment. I think they have a better grasp then alot of the faithful on this site
  25. That thread was great. I really enjoyed that guys Robocop post. Hilarious!
