FLA gay adoption ban determined unconstitutional
Dante replied to Johnny Coli's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Shame on you. No counter arguments. If you don't give in to the liberal thought police posting on this board your a rube a redneck or bigot. Don't dare to trade words with the enlightened socially elite here. Much too advanced for the likes of you. -
As pollyanna as you are maybe i'm the opposite. But 35 years of continual disappointment will do that to you. I see only one win there for sure and thats SF. Miami is better than us right now so that game is a toss up at best. Denver sucks but we will be playing there. Possible win but another toss up. Jets and Pats are much better than the Bills right now. So I guess at best we win 3 more.

More Change We Didn't Need to Believe In
Dante replied to /dev/null's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Never said they couldn't do it. Just to try to tell me its normal. If certain organizations don't like deviant behavior don't hold it against them because they aren't the ones who are doing wrong. If they don't want freaks shoving their wangs up some other dudes butt in their club too bad. Here's a idea. Don't join that club. -

My thoughts exactly. I'm not homophobic. I would never deny anyone a job that was gay. I do not dislike gays. It's repulsive to me that someone would harm a person just because they are gay. Just don't try to mainstream it like it is normal. Like it is a positive choice. No matter how politically correctness wants us to believe that there is no BS'ing mother nature. My beliefs are not based in religion. I'm pretty much a atheist I guess. They should keep religion out of the military and government as well. imho -
Who's front office is more moronic?

Letting go of guys like Drury and Jay Mckee was a big mistake. They also seem to need some toughness out there. Jody Shelly type player. -

Jamming your winky up another dudes poop shoot is unhealthy, unnatural. You can see why it would strike some people as a little odd. Thus, they don't want them hanging around other dudes in the milatary. Call me homophobic but I tend to look at things boiled down to the minimum. I guess if your gonna live a creepy life style your going to have to live with certain things not going your way. -

Probably not, but it kinda appears the foundation for putting it on the back burner is being laid down. After that, fades to black unless pushed on it. And btw, why should it be deferred? Should be a relatively black and white issue to put through quickly. I mean, he's so charismatic this would be the perfect simple issue to demonstrate his awesomeness. -

Not that I give a $h1t one way or the other. It's just funny to see campaign promises designed to get votes are already starting to get compromised. Like anyone with a semblance of intelligence couldn't see this coming. -
Same here Wacka. Sometimes we can spot maybe a dozen running around. They certainly aren't shy and they seem to like to hang out up in the trees. They are huge as well.

Damn. Gonna have to get me armed with something. Too late for this years Thanksgiving though. Wife already ordered the turkey. Who am I kidding, not like id be able to clean clean the thing for cooking or anything.

C'mon don't be so negative. How can't you be caught up in the euphoria??? Oparah is still on a high so whats your problem? We got a leader who is a cross between JFK and Jesus with just a touch of MLK for flavor.. He can do anything to solve problems, even throw tons of cash at them. And you know, when it all goes for a $h1t it will all be the previous admins fault. Media will cover for him.

Just to switch gears for a minute. We have a bunch of these things running around are house as well and Ive always wondered what they would be like to eat. Any good? Or are the kinda gamy??

Saw it last weekend. I thought it was decent. Worth going to see on the big screen. Not as perfect as Gizmondo describes it but it seemed to be a pretty typical Bond flic to me. My biggest complaint was the title song. Maybe the worst ever. And Bond movies are ALWAYS supposed to start with that little scope ball following him and he shoots it. Blood flows down. Should never mess with tradition like that.

Having your avatar get on the phone with a isp tech sounds like fun!! lol

I'm pretty mild mannered. Wouldn't hurt a flea. Very conservative by nature. However, it really does seem like the time for some sort of revolution/reset is approaching, if not here already. I know I shouldn't be posting such on the internet but the mentality seems to ingrained and pervasive. Anyone that comes around that truly makes sense is quickly pushed into obscurity or the sidelines.

People have to be paid what their worth. In our society, by and large, it's supply and demand. That goes for labor as well. If you have skill, you are in demand. If you are an electrician, mechanic and so on you should make more because you have knowledge and talent that not everyone possesses. Ive always been for profit sharing and I think this is the best way to go for auto makers. If you work there and make only $20 an hour you can pick up substantially more cash if the company as a whole makes money. This way employees get a nice cut of the pie and not just execs. I think that is fair. Great motivation for everyone in the company to do their job well. Everyone feels connected and included in the success. $h1t, I wish we had that here. We get a decent bonus at the end of the year though.

Of course it's not but if GM/Ford/Chrysler ran more efficient, leaner, then they could sustain during cyclical down turns in the economy. Simple as that. You can dance around it all you like but union manifesto is work less, get paid more. Great for workers but bad for competition. Temporary joy for laborers but it's not realistic when competing in the world economy.

Brilliant. Don't B word we they go under then. Gonna love to see all these guys working for 7.25 and hour. I would pay to see that. Talk about dose of reality.
-
Who would ever think of that???

Are we seriously calling for Jaurons head
Dante replied to Pirate Angel's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Saw all I had to see at the end of that Monday night game. Any coach that would handle that situation that way has no common sense. Thats bad. If I was the owner that guy wouldn't have made it off the field without a phone call letting him go. -
But it is a major problem. Bottom line is that your paying unskilled labor way more than its worth. You don't need talent to work an assembly line. If you want to make more cash, learn a skill or trade. Just cause you work for GM shouldn't mean you automatically get $50 a hour. After decades of this lunacy you had to know reality would take hold and everything would come to a end. Time is now. Let them all pay for they're greed.

http://www.theonion.com/content/node/43441&rss=1 Looks like a great xmas gift

Sure why not. They bailed out the banks so why not the auto industry? It's only fair isn't it? Only one stipulation. The UAW isn't involved any more so unskilled labor doesn't get grossly overpaid. Then maybe the big 3 can compete.

USA Becoming More Europeanized

You forgot the educational model that is so pathetic here painfully illustrated by your post. Both spelling and punctuation.
