My beliefs are in the US Constitution. Individual freedom. Self determination. Balanced government budgets. The absence of government intrusion in my life and bank account. The current crop of highly educated individuals in power now hardly reflect that. So all im saying is if their education is what got them in power, you can keep that kind of education. The lucky parents that spawned the likes of Pelosi and Obama should have saved their money. Pelosi should be waiting tables and Obama should be working for the UAW somewhere sweeping floors. No tuition required to get that kind of job. Obviously, to me anyway, I was not trashing the education system as a whole.

It is like the Soviet Union in as much he wants to spread the word of socialism. He said it himself. A propaganda blitz. Thats kinda what I meant.

Obama delayed one day before signing the healthcare bill. According to him, 15,000 people a day die from lack of healthcare. He could have save those people but he just let them die!!!!! Mass man slaughter on a scale not seen since WWII!

My G1 has a pretty good music player. All I really need. I just get my music downloads from Amazon. No need for itunes. In fact, I'm separated completely from them as i just got a Zune HD device. So between Amazon and Zune Pass I'm set. Like you I have a bunch of downloaded itunes, not nearly as much as you though. I just don't want to be a slave to Apple anymore for my music and other downloads so I'm just cutting those mp4s loose. Small price. For you, tougher decision.

Government now is a business not a public service. These two are in business together. I guess its like a prize fight where the paying fans pick a winner and cheer for them. Both fighters get paid. Dems and Reps are the same. At the end of the day they both get bribes. Both get awesome perks. Both get awesome healthcare and pensions. We get !@#$ed. The dems are taking it to the next level. Reinforcing their market, they are increasing the dependency on them thus making them more important to you and your life. All Dems think this way and an alarming amount of Republicans. The only way out is for the Republican party to embrace true conservatism again.

I really wanted to get one but I have about 9 months left on my G1. I guess I'll be happy in the end though. When my current contract ends maybe the next gen Nexus will be out.

Even if they did do it, who cares? The "lawmakers"(funny because that term implies some sort of wisdom worthy of respect) and are all a fuggin drag on society. Joe, I think we are way beyond the traditional Dems vs Rep's battle. Both sides are doing us no favors. I agree the war was total bs. But the bleeding of cash that this war causes can be stopped relatively easily. How easy will it be to stop the bleeding on this bill? What the problem is with this healthcare thing is a fundamental change in relationship between the feds and us the citizens. They no longer our servants they are our master. They tell us where to go and how to get there. Personally, I can't stomach it. Thats why I'm so bitter on this board. I have no personal gripe with anyone here I just hate being told what to do with my money. I get enough of that from my wife!! But thats only one of the things I hate about the bill.

Google is one of my favorite companies. A couple other things they are up to. First they are planning to starting their own internet service. Apparently 100 times faster than what is available today. Here Ive also read that they want to enter the electric power field. Not sure if its just to service their own needs or to sell to the public.

Get out of the sun for a while. It's a good civilized government that creates an atmosphere of freedom. One in which everyone has equal chance to succeed as they wish. Not to take from others to take care of its citizens. Not to confiscate earnings of others who got that by working being responsible for themselves.

Every time I hear the demonizing of the rich I always think of these numbers. In all fairness, they should be getting a tax cut. Ive never understood the "progressive tax" formula and how it could be considered just. And I'm no where close to being rich lol.
