What a nothing-burger. 60° S Latitude. Duh! It's definitely a defined and noticeable area. During the "Age of Sail"... The names, "Roaring 40s", "Furious Fifties", and "Screaming Sixties" were very really and defined areas. Just saying. Better than using a latitude line for 4 oceans going straight to Antarctica.
