I actually watched most of it...maybe its because Fox just went HD here in Jamestown. As a side note. I used to be a limo driver and drove 5 people from Jamestown (1 1/4 hrs south of Buffalo) to Daytona for the race. Darryl Waltrip won that year in his Tide Car..... Also I drove to Watkins Glenn a couple of times as well as going to watch the race and ANY event I can bring in a cooler of beer, drink all day and see women flashing is ok in my book. ok..enough reminiscing....

Q tip... If you think you have a build up....try ear wax candles....OH MAN DOES IT FEEL GOOD. What it is if you don't know.....you poke a hole in a paper/styrofoam plate (to prevent getting burned) and put this 10" wax cone into your hear. You light the top of the cone and it slowly burns down. It creates a heated vortex which heats up your wax and pulls it out into the cone. Very Nice if I must say....any "herble" store should have them....under $2 each.....

Take some Extra Strength Tylenol or Ibuprofen....your gonna be sore tomorrow after you wake up. Sometimes you won't feel it until many hours later. Glad to hear your ok.
