  1. I live in the Chicago area, so I got to hear all week the talking heads on local ESPN radio basically write off the Bills as a certain win, culminating in the biggest blowhard of them all, Steve "Mongo" McMichael (who can't go 5 sentences without bringing up his 1985 Bears glory days) saying this was the perfect first game for the Bears, as they can shake off the pre-season rust against a "terrible Bills team" and get to work on the Niners next week...d-bag. I'll tell you I am having a BLAST listening to post game coverage on Chicago media.
  2. Don't forget Australian Rules Football!! That game was crazy.
  3. I'd get more specific than just stopping Bush. The D needs to be able to get off the field after 3rd down! The number of times they give up a first down on 3rd and long (or short or whatever) is pathetic. TOs are always key, and the Bills need stay on the + side of that equation too. The Miami D is stronger than the Pats D, but I for one am looking forward to seeing what CJ will do when he is turned loose tonight. Go Bills! BTW, you may want to fix your topic title...I know you meant Dolphins and not Jets, but until it's fixed you'll keep hearing about it.
  4. So, can we now expect to be treated to a "Fight of the Week" video after every game? Alcohol and A-hole are a bad combination.
  5. Two words only, eh? "Deep Sigh" "Not Yet" "Next Year"
  6. A little different take...not measured so much on skill/impact, but on how proud I am that they wore (or wear) a Bills jersey. Favorites 1. Don Beebe (for way more than just that never-quit Super Bowl play vs. Dallas) 2. Andre Reed 3. Joe Ferguson (a warrior on some tough teams) 4. Kent Hull 5. James Lofton (we got him late in his career, but loved every minute of it) Least 1. Leonard Smith (spent more time posing and preening and taking stupid penalties) 2. Travis Henry (a good player...but dang.) 3. Vince Ferragamo 4. Billy Joe Hobert (Studying the playbook is NOT optional)
  7. Does it depend on where Team B recovers the muffed punt?? If it's beyond where they needed to get to for a first down, wouldn't they have it 1st & 10, and OT continues?
  8. This one's easy....the Yankees! Yes, that's how much I hate them - they even top my list of most hated football teams. After the Yankees, it's the Jets, Dolphins, and the early 90's Cowboys.
