He's a Top 3 quarterback who isn't quite playing at that level despite leading the NFL in touchdowns. But that's a short-term problem. Coaching is a much bigger problem and much more to blame for the 5-5 record than our elite quarterback making a few mistakes.

He consistently scores more touchdowns than anyone. Touchdowns are a good thing. In a list of 100 things that has to be fixed with this franchise, Josh Allen is not on the list.

So what? I'll take that all day long if it also comes with scoring the most touchdowns and winning more games than 30 other teams.

I have 0 faith in Pegula choosing the right head coach for this franchise. None. Zip. Zilch.

The guy has scored more touchdowns than any other quarterback on the planet since 2019. He's led his team to more wins than anyone aside from Mahomes during that time frame. If that's not top-tier QB play, what the hell is?

Question is - does Beane stay on and is he the one who fires his partner? Or does Pegula fire them both? Does Pegula have the ballz to do that? I'm skeptical.

I don't think it's cronyism. He's just not talented enough as a HC. He got the most out of his ability, had a good run. Time to move on.

Correct. The offense is a mess. The entire program is stale. 100% indicative of an NFL team that needs a brand new coaching staff.

Kincaid wasn't the first read in the play that was called, though. It was a three-step drop out of shotgun (such a dumb play call on 4th and 1). Even if Allen decides pre-snap that Kincaid is his first read and Allen throws to him at the end of his drop, the defender likely closes in on time to knock the ball out or tackle Kincaid short of the first. That would be a very risky throw to attempt on a 4th down.

Where is the check and outlet? If Allen looks right and throws to Kincaid even immediately, Kincaid gets blasted by the LB/Nickel before he even gains the yard for the first down. That's if he catches it.

You have to be joking. 4th and 1 Your offense is better under center vs. shotgun No one is open and Allen is left heaving a prayer while getting tackled...and it's Allen that is to blame? Just another dumb play call by a dumb offensive coordinator.

Sometimes it is incredibly obvious when it's time for an NFL team to make a change to a coaching staff. The program first becomes stale. Then the wheels fall off. McDermott had a good run. It's time for a change. It's not that serious. It's football. He'll be fine.

The players decide the captains. Gabe Davis doesn't come across to me like much of a leader. I was floored when he was named captain. Think that was Josh Allen campaigning for his buddy.
